    so nice to see Chi Gong, i used to do shiatsu and chi gong, years and years ago, people used to tell me i had magic hands LOL, i miss this stuff, i was looking for ways to improve my vision because over the years ive stopped doing shiatsu and chi gong, and got into IT and looking at computers all the time and my visions got soo bad, so i hope this help, and thank you very much for this sir!!!

    Thank you for this video! I've been wearing eyeglasses for decades, and I'm shocked that no ophthalmologist has ever recommended doing those eye circles. I found your video just a few weeks ago, and I'm noticing so many improvements already. Doing the circles themselves has been easier, I'm seeing better while driving at night, and I notice that my awareness of my peripheral vision has improved. I can see beyond my eyeglass frames, if that makes sense. Thank you so much for the content you release here on TH-cam.

    I love way the liver to eyes exercise actually creates an eye symbol when the arms raise.above the head. I practised the hearing exercise this morning and my entire face has been tingling all day. This eyes exercise has same result, Feels so refreshing so I'm encouraged Thank you n thank you Holy Spirit. 🌌🦋🐛🌎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    Am spending an hour or so with you this morning, Lee, exploring your lovely gentle yet powerful QiGong exercises. I have been doing QiGong for years and I know how powerful it is. I particularly appreciate your short exercises which are both energising and relaxing. I have to take it easy at the moment because of health issues, and these are just the thing.       @@HoldenQiGong had to have two eye surgeries on my eye muscles because of lazy eye. I was only 10 and 12 years old but I remember the agony so well. The second surgery had to happen because the surgeon didn’t know what she was doing and only fixed my eyes for when I was looking up! Both times the white of my eyes turned blood red. I could actually HEAR my eyes every time I moved them. It was a gross, rubbery sound. I’m now almost 59 and my left eye is starting to wander out more every year. It’s really unfair, because this is one of the only disabilities that it seems people are fine with making fun of, in shows and movies especially.
      Do you think these exercises will help with my condition or make it worse? I can’t see a doctor because our medical insurance was canceled because my husband had health issues and was fired for having too many surgeries for it, even though he went back to work straight away.
      Any information you can give me would be truly appreciated.

    Also exercise your eyelens focusing muscles by taking breaks during lots of closeup eye work like reading and computer work to stare and focus on distant objects, close, far, close, far. I look at treetops and try to focus on individual leaves.

    Thanks! I really needed to exercise my eyes, and gently of course. It relaxed the eyes.
