The title is misleading as Abidjan is building the Tour F in Plateau district 400m high!!

I'm quite impressed about sujimoto's ambition to build the tallest building in Nigeria. But I read on the internet that the building will span over 180m heights, which got me thinking if that would be possible with only 35 floors.

It's 165m in height, it all depends on the architectural and structural design.

In Kenya, this would be a normal project that will not even attract media attention, as Nairobi alone has about 15 buildings bigger and taller than that.

Did you just say it would not attract media attention in Kenya, Nairobi particularly?😱😱😱.
So you're implying that these project is mediocre, that it doesn't need much attention?
I watched how Kenyans complimented 88 nairobi building project on the internet.
The whopping 220 million dollars is enough to build a 50 floors tower, but the developer is trying to balance it with heights and quality both the inside and outside of the tower. This is a tower that will span over 180m heights; So tell if Nairobi has up to 15 building that surpassed this height?

Can you just Google Nairobi? There are just too many such projects, both recently completed and currently under construction.

In kneya, it is owned by white people and indians. In nigeria, it is owned by black people. That's the difference.😁

So you don't even know what Sub Saharan Africa means? Let me educate you:
Sub-Saharan Africa, Subsahara, or Non-Mediterranean Africa is the area and regions of the continent of Africa that lie south of the Sahara. These include Central Africa, East Africa, Southern Africa, and West Africa.

Do we have the same structure in West Africa? No... Let's learn to celebrate our small wins, that's how we grow.

You genuinely believe that height is everything. Not only is height one of the developers' priorities, but its topmost priority is to replicate the façade and interior of the building to look like an apartment in Dubai. Unlike other developers that focuses on height while giving the client a mediocre interior and exterior design, Sujimoto's Leonardo is doing the opposite, which is why the projects costs a whooping 225 million dollars.
If you have an obsession with Nigeria erecting a structure that is 200 meters or longer, keep an eye out for the Eko Atlantic City project, and I guarantee you will take back what you said.

Wow! Kenya, was it built by a Kenyan. They have some of the most beautiful shopping malls built by Mzungus foreigner. Which building have you constructed in Africa? How many people have your family taken out of poverty by providing them with jobs in Africa? Ethiopian, Egypt, and Morroco buildings were built by one person/man I guess.

First, to dispel your misconception, It is not a government property; rather, it is a private investment. It is utterly absurd to wonder why a skyscraper should be built, even if it was a government property. Tell me, is there a nation that doesn't temporarily face the same difficulties that Nigeria is?

A lot of small minded Nigerians will come online and be talking about hunger, yet all these people can afford data to display stupidity online. You should make a video of those hungry people and post them online, that should help..KMT!
