I honestly think this is just really bad writing. I've seen AIs like ChatGPT write scripts and its nothing like this. They're bland and boring, but this is just completely chaotic and makes no sense half of the time. The animation simply just sucks ass, and the voice actors are probably vague because they don't wanna be associated with this.
I feel like the script was written by ai more than the voices being ai. I feel like the VAs just weren't paid enough so they put in minimum effort to sound human already knowing the script wasn't good.
The voice acting sounds like people who are not actors "trying their best" to be voice actors. Like, it gives me the impression these people think, "ah, we don't need to have voice actors. It can't be that hard so we will record ourselves!" It comes off very... High school play vibes. Am I the only one who feels this way?

The animation reminds me either of those kids animated shorts on TH-cam, or those “THIS IS A TRUE STORY” animated stories on TH-cam
