- Today we take the custom Coleman Tandem mini bike for a ride in the woods and climb the big hill. We find a flooding carb issue so we take it in the garage to do some modifications. You should definitely put a front suspension fork kit on it! Looks like a hill climb beast, like it has a giant extended swing arm. Some more aggressive tires would be cool too.👍
I just got ahold of go power sports about what I need for my mini bike to finish my stage 2 and in just missing the cam,rod and springs. I found a frame I like on youtube so hopefully here in a couple months I'll have a pretty sweet mini stretch chopper.

Have you tried regulating the vacuum to the pump vs regulating fuel output? You could use a flow control valve on the line from the intake to the pump.
Merry Christmas 🎄 Red Beard!! This comes at perfect time for me as I have a maxed out 212 with huge head, flat top piston and bigger carb. But feel like it’s already flooding without a Pulse and unless I’m drag racing all the time I’m curious if I even need it? Like you basically removed yours from the system but didn’t remove it. I’m curious why did you even keep it on there??? Either way thanks for showing us how that can be a problem. I think kart race guys are rarely at idle and have long lengths of line from the tank to the engines
What happens if you just restrict the line from the tank or the line going to the carb. ?

you have any experience with a 6" vs 7" driven on a tav? Do you know which one would have a higher top speed with gearing,tire size, all conditions the same?
Does the Tillotson TFB Fuel Injected Carburetor need a fuel pressure?
This has nothing to do with this video but needed to ask. Would it be possible to use a pto electric clutch on a 688cc lifan engine I put in a roketa gk13? And would it replace the 780 series I have on it?
I installed a predator 420cc engine on a 2009 Kawasaki mules 610 can that carb work with the original pulse pump that the Kawasaki has?
Just out of curiosity. What colour is the spark plug coz to me It sounds like it's too rich on the main jet only by one size jet as thay go up in 2s ie 40 42 44 46.. I would try one jet dwn from what's in if its not any better try one size bigger than what was in it to begin with 👍

I think y’all should swap on some Colman or MB front forks if they are strong enough. At least you would get a little bit of dampening on the ruts and potholes. Great bike tho!
Why not build a sidecart for it?
I know it’s fast enough but what if you put another engine in the front with a jack shaft with two sprockets.
This is happening to my 301 with just gravity feeding it. What can I do to fix that?

Where did you get the front suspension for it?
With the room available under the front seat why not go with a gravity fed system avoiding the pulse pump on that build ?

Thanks for troubleshooting the carb, but can we get a fuel injection project or two? Especially on any V-Twin engines regardless of make. See ROBOT CANTINA on TH-cam. There are DIY EFI Kits. I don't have the confidence to try one until I see a few videos of them being used. Thankx.
