2 Seater Tandem Mini Bike 212cc Tillotson Swap

- On todays video we take the 440cc Tandem mini bike and swap out the engine to a 212cc electric start Tillotson engine. The 212cc will be much lighter than the 440cc and will be easier to ride. I made my own version. No welds too. I'm very poor to afford tools. My seat is made of 2x4, a 2 hp flathead Briggs and stratton, chopper style scooter frame with a belt drive tensioner, and a homemade chain drive turbocharger. 23,000 rpm max. I like both bikes.

I think it took me probably 30 minutes or so to swap the new flywheel on and put a new air filter on. But I used power tools and my big impact to torque the flywheel bolt. I should have used my torque wrench but I didn't wanna take the torque converter off and mess with making a thing to hold it. Kobalt 1200 ft lb impact couple quick taps and you're good.

I need to make one of these for my kids. I built a bike but my daughter is to scared to ride it by herself so this would be a perfect way to get her comfortable on one.
Ive taken mine apart a few times and I still don't have alot of confidence.
Throttle spring, looks like it was made by a fisherman! He was putting on his fishing lure and thought: with a little spring on the end, it would be a springy thingy! Good for throttle cable to carb tension control. And went on to catch his prize size Bass! Yup

Is that 212cc motor easy to install. Looks like it's on a engine plate. Was tossing some 79cc motors on some bikes back in the day. I always thought one day toss on that 212cc motor on one. But never got around to it and then stopped doing those installs. Everyone seems to be switching over to electric. So I need to update to the times unfortunately.😢 That thing looks insanely fun. 😁
