This is a quick video response to a request about the apple ipad air 2 vs ipad 6th
both ipads look alike an have a very clean look like apple knows how to make them. the ipad air 2 is older, versus the ipad 6 (2018 ipad).
both ipad have decent performance but the ipad 6th generation is the one that answers the question "which one is better for you".
I would suggest you try to get a newer ipad if you can, but if your choice is only between these 2 ipads, then you should go for the ipad 6th - วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี

Air 2 is more comparable with ipad 5th gen, and it's probably better overall, but 6th is superior in every important way

My iPad Air 2 is still going strong! Got like 6 years of support and is really fluid. Currently thinking of getting an S6 lite for the Stylus

I think iPad 8 with Apple Pencil 1 will be better for you since you’re more used to the iPad. Also iPadOS is simply better than tablet android.

The screen on the iPad Air 2 is great. It still runs really good. I moved to Air 3 this year but my wife will use my Air 2 128 GB for another year or more.

(i might be late but) 6th gen is my go to, its as cheap or even cheaper than a budget samsung tablet. it has all the features i really need. Plus the added Pencil support does give me chills

I think if you’re in the market for a spare iPad just to consume media on, the iPad Air 2 is a great option because of the thin profile and the laminated screen. Still a much better option than pretty much any Android tablet today.

I bought my mom the ipad 8th gen recently when it was discounted over the Black Friday sales, but she was pretty happy with her 6th gen. The 9.7in screen is still nice today with its 1536x2048 resolution and gets plenty bright. She probably could have used the 6th gen for another few years but I didn't want her to suffer from slower load times as I don't think 2gb ram is enough now lol.

I'm using iPad Air 2 for 6 years and I could say that iPad 6th gen is slightly much better. If I've a choice, I'll wait for 1 decade at least for the affordability to get a new Apple iPad again.

If you buy for study, I recommend you should buy gen 6. Gen 6 can upload to ios 17 (some app need ios 16-17) and take note by stylus (with scribble). If you buy just to watch movies, Facebook and entertainment (no games) Air 2 will be better with cheaper price and better screen.

Dont quote me on it but I believe the iPad 6 body was modeled after the iPad Air 2, so it should work. Just search for the actual product that says For iPad 6th if you have some concerns. I never used the ipad 6 screen protector on my ipad air 2, but it just seems to me like it should work. Good luck!

The Ipad air 2 is thinner than the Ipad 6th. So most likely, the case won't match. Unless it says general case for 9.4 in long tablet
