I did notice that on mine I learned to open the scissors from the top more to have it snap onto place I did notice that same thing with more expensive ones too not to name brands tho
Multitools are great to have in the glove box for those moments you didn't know you were going to need a few tools. Other than that, pack real tools for real work.

Absolutely there is no replacement for the real tool but when you’re in a pinch a multi tool is great!
