Great Video. I have the CX trucks on a 40-inch pintail. Pumps great, flows with grace. Addictive to ride. I cannot stop riding. I ride nothing else these days.
This video helped me in making a decision. To all having doubts, maybe this might help (or maybe not). Look at the c7 part and think away all the concrete and picture this guy standing on an actual wave. There’s definitely a couple of moments where his posture and movement is exactly the same as a surfer. I never have this same impression when watching the clip of the cx. So that’s why I’m buying the c7, because I want to practice for surfing. I have a regular skateboard to hit the park. Hope this reasoning helps other people (like myself) in doubt...

After 5 months with Carver Super SlabC7 and 3 months Carver Knox QuillCX, both very similar sized decks. I have more fun with CX Fast choppy or groovy pumping, insane carving on both, but the cx let's you build speed into that bank on the side of the streets for a sharp carve or double pump that street wave. The spring feel is cool, but that top pumping cx speed adds up and top acceleration and still carves and flows too. What's the tradeoff. CX wins, but I like both and use both. You can't go wrong. I'd rather surf the landscape for 5 miles not turn back after a couple just carrying the heavy c7.
From what i can see , CX accelerate more faster . Less carve more speed whilst C7 take much bigger and more carve to gain more speed. But C7 carve much smoother than CX ..
What is the difference between Triton and Carver surfboards (I know Triton is owned by Carver). Is Carver line somehow better? I chose Triton Green Glass CX.4 and just checking before buying on-line

I got both! One is the firefly 30"25 cx and the other is swallow 29" c7 some time I put the cx on the swallow cuz is smaller. I started with firefly and is my baby. My first born lol
C7 is more expensive 50 dollars than CX. I want to ride on the street. Just riding not trik. I'm about 48years old. I hope more safe, more soft and less difficult. ? I will pay 50 dollars. How about my decision?
Do it!! I ride a hybrid board, Surfskate 42" deck with Surfskate rear truck and a Smoothstar front thruster. Don't buy the Surfskate as is, way not surf like. Closest to my rig would be a C7 front truck Carver or a 36" Smoothstar. Skated a little when younger but mostly surfed, now at 51 loving riding every day. Get into it.

A CX is better for bowls and ramps, turns so sharp you don't need to kick turn. Excellent at flat land pumping and surf style maneuvers.
CX is made for more tricks. But I will say CX,even if you are gonna use it only on streets.Because it is very right and easy to move.

@@dystopia2386 yeah. you need risers. I never get any wheel bite. It's a chilled surf ride with sweeping turns.

If i want a pretty loose and small board that doesnt have have that much downhill unstability what would be my best choice?

サーフスケートはやっぱり足で地面を蹴らずに進むことができるのでしょうか？またサイトなどを見たのですが乗ってる人から見たらおすすめのサーフスケートはどれでしょうか？

地面を蹴らずに進めますよ。慣れるまでは最初だけ蹴ってスタートしてスピードが乗ってくると蹴る（プッシュする）必要はないと思います。
おすすめのサーフスケートは値段は高いですがcarverが一番ラインナップも多いし自分の使い方にあったものを選べると思いますよ。
あとは安いブランドは走りが悪かったり動きがスムーズでなかったりするので、始めたばかりの人は特にいいものを買ったほうが上達も早いですよ！

36以上ということはクルージングでゆっくりと動きたいということだと思います。
cxは短い方が利点は大きいと思います。そこでcx持ってないならcx買って34c7とトラックだけ入れ替えると両方使いやすくなるのでは！！？？

Very good video, difference between trucks is clearly visible. I ll go for the CX as it seems to need less effort to accelerate and more responsive.
