It looks like the stops at pullover spots. Is that often or rare on the trip up? I’m contemplating canceling my reservation next week so I am able to go at my own pace.
You're right, it stops at the same places you would if you drove yourself. Some of the best views are from spots on the road while driving though. We ended up driving it once ourselves in addition to taking the bus. One other thing to keep in mind is the parking at Logan Pass. It can be a real challenge to find parking if you drive yourself. That said, the bus doesn't give you a lot of time at any one spot.

does the bus driver stop if there is no one behind them so that you may take photos or just at the scenic overlooks?
They stopped in the road for us at one point but only for a few seconds so that we could quickly get the photo.
