👍 thank u
anytime:D
But the cubes are deformed?
was adding radial array to the array modifier too hard for the blender devs to do?
thanks for the video. straight to the point without any dubstep intro and "click the bell"-stuff. very great!
but your cube is being deformed, it's no longer a cube, but a kind of keystone shape
Thank you for this! I was trying to calculate out the angles and whatnot so I'm glad this is a thing.
Quick and very helpful. Thank you 🙏
This was extremely helpful in understanding the mechanic and helped me make my rope belt :>
Thanks heaps for this. Appreciate the short form factor.
Thank you! I went through several videos before I found this one, which actually worked
Thanks glad to help. I teach 1 on 1 blender lessons over on patreon if your wanted to take a deeper dive
Thanks, this really helped me out today when I couldn't remember how to do this.
Thanks, coming in clutch for an emergency modeling job!
awesome , really i appreciate the tutorial!
wow simple but powerful explain ❤❤❤❤❤ thankus su much
thank you so much sir i saw many TUT but this is very was very eas & simple again than you so much
Thank you you really help me!
Thank you!!! 🌟

thanks brother u doing gods work
Thanks so much! This really helped!
Great name, btw. From Dale - the other artist ;)
Haha glad to help and meet another Dale
big help thankyou
Thank you man
Thanks !
If you have some displacements in array, just transfrorm your curve to mesh and transform again to curve, than apply all transform in mesh instance and reset origins to world axis.
Straight up!
Excellent thanks.
You are welcome!
Brilliant thank you so much dude
I’m here to help
Thanks, super helpful
Glad it helped!
thxxxxx
yeah but how do you ensure the objects youve made an array of are evenly spaced? that last one is out of sinc with the others
mess with the offset until it works
nice tutorial
Thank you
Any way I can do this without changing the shape of the cube
The eyedropper doesn't recognize the circle or other objects when I hover. The option to set object does not list my object names either.
because you didnt use a beziercircle at all
I just followed you but the result is different. it didn't became circular, it turned into a weird curve triangular shape
Same
is there a way to stop the object from being distorted?
Yes. Use a parent object and instance the model to that. Create a single vertex, then parent the cube (object) to the vertex. In the vertex Object properties, Instancing, select Vertex. Create an Array on the vertex, Constant Offset and multiply the verts around the circle. The cubes will instance along with each vertex instanced on the circle. You can rotate the cube to orient it on the curve.
@@aliensoup2420 YOU SAVED ME HOURS! THANK YOU!
@@day_lite I did clarify it above. Just follow the tutorial, and use the vertex as the array instance object instead of the cube. follow my instructions to instance the cube to the vertex.
this procedure does not exist on array cirle there is no possibility to select circle ... what version of blender do you have? here we are using 3.1.1 but even using the same logic we cannot find the right command
The curve modifier tab itself is in red.
because you didnt use a beziercircle at all
