What I love about this channel as opposed to the numerous others is that it’s real. All the others have models who barely wear anything and the crepitus is added into the video. Basically fake cracking sounds are added.
    Keep up the good work!

But I quickly learned that I didn’t like my body being popped. I didn’t like the way it felt. It didn’t hurt. It just made me feel like one wrong move and he could kill me. I never went back.

You have the towel too low, and that may be for kyphosis at T7. But mine is a more uncommon spot of T5, so i would be telling you make sure that towel is on my T5 ! My T1 thru T3 is severely curved forward, as in a CTJ deformity! That is very rare! Doctors have been stupid overlooking that on me.

What was the condition which required this manipulation ? Also, could the same effect be achieved by simply hanging from the bar ?

Depends look at reviews but mine fixed me then messed me up worse. I'm double jointed so the flexibility can cause issues. Don't think I should have even gone to any because of my hyper mobility. A little goes a long way when your flexible.

Here's exactly what happened: very normal nitrogen bubbles normally found in all joints were released. In practice, a noise was heard. Issuing flatulence from the year would certainly have been more useful and healthy.

Yes it is true about the nitrogen. However, just because the source of the magical pop everybody squirms for is, as it turns out, rather mundane and straight forward when inserted in its slot within the scientific method. Not mysterious at all really. But that doesn't mean that the quantities of pain that evaporates with the fabled crunch is diminished. Temporary or permanent is not a debate which subtracts from the net loss to pain in the battle of "Suffering vs. Relief". Every time human suffering is diminished for a person well that's a win on the God shot de of the ledger. And yes, the farts you seem to value to a strange extent... Well that's good kicking evil in the ass as well. The Chiro is heroic, you know this. Yes you do.
