Very clean, John. This is a very under adjusted area, simply because many people can't get the joints to release cleanly in this area. With the modern life of looking down at laptops and mobile phones all day, soo many people get jammed in this spot. For the first one, skin tension with the thumb of the adjusting hand is really important to reduce pressure on the spinous process. (Try not to press the tip of your thumb of the adjusting against the spinous process too hard because that will hurt the patient and they will not relax.)
I was teaching 20 students yesterday so I am limited to the portable couches rather than the hydraulic / electric version which means I can manoeuvre the cervical a bit easier - thanks for the comments - regards jG
HI, the first technique was changing the position of the C7 by thrusting the SP using my thumb - the 2nd technique as using my MCP joint on his TP to change the position, regards JG
Hello, I am a Korean physical therapist. First of all, buying your book helped me a lot. While studying, if the PSIS does not go down in the one-leg lift test, it is positively checked. This means dysfunction of the S-I joint. Is it possible to determine whether it is an AS ilium or a PS ilium? In some education in Korea, it is judged that the PSIS is guided to the rear when the AS ilium is reached. I'm curious to see if this is correct.

I want to see Bppv treatment by you sir
No idea on how to treat it, regards jG
That works better with slight head flexion. Get a table that allows the head to flex. Sweet move though

Hi John. Can you please confirm which facet is being mobilised with the techniques - the one nearest the applicator, or the oppisite side?
Thanks!

Hi, not really related to this video though - the Stork or Gillet test is what you are discussing and can relate to IS or SI dysfunction - regards JG
જોરદાર 👌👍❤️
Thanks for the comments, regards JG
Why do you do this?
I say why in the content - regards JG

No you dont. Im asking why twisting and getting the klicking sound is something you do. Preferably positive but how?
