It's amazing what a difference staging makes in the presentation of a home.
OMG 2.2M in Northridge? Insanity. Not hating on the home, but we really do have an affordability issue here that's going to get worse before it gets better
I'm in Studio City and the new builds here are pushing 2.5-3.2M and every week there's been a new tear down and build up, but truthfully only so many people can afford them. Then when they tried to separate renters and homeowners in this last election cycle I think they learned just how many people are still renting in these areas that used to be affordable.
Nice home, but the kitchen need to be bigger and have an open space.
The wall that has the TV on it should come down. That way it can be an "open concept" kitchen. It just seems like a useless wall that really closes off the kitchen from the rest of the house.
Great video, I just don't care too much about the layout of this house.
Too small windows in the rooms
is this still technically city of la, like porter ranch?
No this is in the city of Northridge, which is about a 10 - 15 minute drive away from Porter Ranch
It's within LA country. SFV is basically in the middle of the highway system. It's closer to Porter Ranch, but I could easily get there in about 20-30 minutes on lower traffic days.
:)
