On this rainy day here in the UK, I admit this looks tempting ☀️
The designs are great and price’s actually look reasonable for what you get.

houses are too close together, though in the UK I think it's pretty common too. Doesn't make sense to do that here since there's plenty of land. Prices are high but its CA, maybe the weather is better than other parts of the country but not that great by CA standards being in the SF valley.
