Those slow motion clips look amazing. It really illustrates the power and gracefulness of a greyhound. Love Fairy...said it before; she has sooo much character.❤️💟💖
It's such a joy to watch Fairy's JOY as she runs and plays. You are giving her SUCH a great life, Lucie! What a WONDERFUL beach! I would definitely love to see vids of your jaunts in Wales. Also, it would be interesting to see how Fairy responds when another greyhound is with her off leash on a beach - would they spontaneously start to run & race each other? (IF Fairy has such a close-by greyhound friend.) Happy to see your subs are rising, Lucie. Good, wholesome, entertaining - and informative vids. Cheers from Canada! for the soul...
Fairy brings her joy to everyone! She is the most beautiful dog. What an amazing life and home you have given her. How can anyone resist falling in love with this magnificent girl?!
Fairy is such a cool doggy and you guys are giving her SUCH an amazing life, she's sooo great, so are you guys. ...Seeing her perspective is brilliant, I LOVE seeing her go CRAZY running soo fast :)
I have fallen in love with beautiful Fairy 🥰. Thank you for sharing your videos. This video clearly shows the pattern of pawprints... two front feet, then the two back feet hit in front! Amazing dogs ❤❤❤
Lovely to see, I hadn't though of getting a GoPro! I run mine on the local beach at low tide as often as I can, the beach is the closest thing to a track for them to run on and they just love it 😀 It's even better when some of their mates come along and they can have a proper race.
I like everything about your vids.Fairy and the beautiful scenery and all the shops and pubs and outdoors stuff. Its very different yet similar to where I'm at in the mountains of British Columbia.Youre doing a great job.Love the van lots of people here have those 4wd Delicas.❤🇨🇦

I wonder if people understand why Greyhounds are usually rescued and not purchased from a breeder. Also, it’s important for folks to know how they were treated at dog racing tracks. Fairy is so lucky to have you. Not many dogs get to the beach to be free so often.
Here in New Zealand, all pet greyhounds are retired racers none are bread outside of racing. Having met their trainers, I know n=mide were very well treated in their racing days.
I just like to see Fairy looking her usual beautiful self. She is very well looked after. I wish I could be her, but I am really slow so it won’t get much attention unfortunately
Great content! SLO-mo is really cool! Suggestion-you need two people, drop one person off with Fairy, let her watch the van go away with you, stop at longer distances and let her run full out, straight back to you. Pickup person and Fairy and do it again. When you are comfortable with progress, try having her run back to other person and repeat. Clickers or dog whistles are great aids in this exercise! If she diverts for “prey” liberty run ends. We term it “gold post runs” similar to suicide laps on the court but designed for distance! This beach would be perfect for such trial runs!
Fairy is so very fetching in pink---it is definitely her color! Her devotion to Squeaky Deer (deer? Is it?) is quite touching, rescuing him from the ocean & from scary cave, then shaking him firmly when he escapes from her mouth on a throw--bad Squeaky, no bouncing away! She is so very happy. By the way, I do have a name & email for the person from Australia who said "Greyhounds are too boring for me." He's apparently got some flak for harshing on 5 breeds of dogs (including huskies & greyhounds b/c "they won't do what you tell them to." ) I will be happy to post his info here so that he may spend many long hours reading loads of emails from unhappy Fairy fans, I but didn't want to do that on your channel in case you don't want to be involved.
@@TheWakeupsheeple From what happened locally when a greyhound racing track opened here years ago, when dogs were injured, they were euthanized. When people found out, they were horrified and tried to shut the tracks down. It was local people who opened shelters and paid for the medical care that the dog's owners wouldn't. Once the dogs recovered, they were put up for adoption. Some tracks supplied financial assistance in an effort to stay open but most tracks failed due to the bad publicity.
You're giving Fairy the best of everything. The best walks, the best runs, the softest beds, great company.
Your love for her is heartwarming ❣️
Well said 🎉❤💯👍🐾🐾
Greyhounds running free at the beach is wonderful to see

She's amazing! The slow motion video is beautiful and so graceful. You could do a calendar of her adventures.

Fairy looks nicer without harness
Rescue, what part of getting her was a rescue?
As far as I know fairy is an ex racing greyhound no longer wanted by the racing industry.
Yes she was discarded when she was injured in a race and sent to a rescue centre
Oh, a RETIREMENT/adoption center. Thanks for clearing that up for me.@@Fairythegreyhound

Why do you ask? Here in Australia, injury to a racing greyhound means death. Your question has a nasty tone, perhaps you were not aware of that.
Take the coat off , you are restricting the dogs movement .
