using the nova 2000 mask is good but lack of sand flow is making this project way longer coastng way more money, this should take 8 hours or less. and the nossel tip is to small need something a lil bit wider for faster clear speed
Hi I'm using the nova 3 not the 2000 :) each blaster will have their own way of doing things the reasons I do it like this, For any more media flow wouldn't give me a faster cut the only thing that would have gave me a faster cut is heaver media and more air cfm in both cases the media needed to cut slightly faster would have been almost 3x the cost of glass and ive tried it in the past I don't fink it cuts 3x faster. So in my opinion not worth the extra cost. More air would be nice but in the uk I'm limited to what I can tow and my 260cfm is right on the border of my vans safe towing ability. More air would drink more derv in turn only saving a little extra time but adding more cost to the job. The Nozzle/tip is set for 260cfm @100psi a bigger nozzle wouldn't gain anything only slow the job down bigger bore will lower the psi anything below 100psi isn't optimal. Anything over 100psi is unsafe with my pot and nearly every other on the market is rated to operate at this. The job he wanted was quoted 8 hour but he then asked for extras taking it over.

I could use a different media to last longer but the cost is up on that and then the productivity is down so catch 22 some areas it would pay some not so good. Everyone finds their own style and what works for them I add these costs into my price obversely and it seams to be working for me. :)
@@Mobileblaster yeh it makes sense bud, it probably ran through my mind in a logical way, but I chose to ignore it 😂, I used to paint that stuff a while back and the set up we had was a small warehouse where it would be blasted before the paint went on, and the shot was on the floor to be later swept up to be used again, so I do see the point👍 very therapeutic
@@Amac-uz9hm yeah sometimes on the right job and location it would pay to do it that way :)
My God how are you doing that without gloves, and I pray your wearing a mask man. I sand blast 5 days a week and going 1 minute with a defective mask is hell
Yeah I use nova 3 👌 gloves they are only for when it's cold? 😂 I definitely wouldn't recommend it but I know this is no excuse I have alot of experience with my rig and feel confident enough not to blast areas that don't need it ie my digits😂
Your not whipping the nozzle in a circle or back and forward
😊🤘🤙their is no set way to blast. I will do a tips and tricks video soon as to why I blast like this and the reasons my change how you may think. Keep an eye out for this video soon 😊
are you hiring mate?
Not at the moment buddy but if you follow my Facebook page mobileblasting.co.uk I put it on their 1st when I am 💞👌👍
The "can you just" people ?! ..Uh, So many times in the past that phrase has drawn an exasperated angry response from me that has sometimes ended in violence. sigh.
😂 I can say 90% of jobs I do say it 😂
@@Mobileblaster lol .. I'm a long haul trucker. When in Penrith a few years ago, the "Can you just drop that at Carlisle, it's just up the road" without understanding the truck does 4 miles to the gallon and costs £4 odd a gallon. And expected to the job for nothing... "Can you just" lol
@@stelsewhere11 😂 can you just... lol
your car is sandblasted too
Only a bit of dust 🤗
@@Mobileblaster i don't think so)
@@verossavr3027 it gets alot worse most other days 😂 I'm just on with editing another video and I show a clip of the van getting washed its unrecognisable until water hits it 👌 should be on today at some point I hope 😀👍💞
Certo che farlo vicino alle balle di fieno per gli animali é il massimo😭
Non c'è bestiame in questa fattoria, coltivano patate. usano il fieno per alimentare i bruciatori :)
No livestock is on this farm they grow potatoes. they use the hay to fuel the burners :)
Take the dead man off the hose bro. Don’t hold the nozzle with your hand if it comes off it’s gonna hurt. Your hand should be half on the join and half on the hose. Blast all underside surfaces first. And did I see you blast the threads the tyres bolt onto. Ugh. I’ve blasted for 15 years in Mining oil and gas so maybe a bit fussy. The positive side I’ve seen worse. Lol.
If the Nozzle wasn't supposed to be held why has it got nerling on for grip? The job sheet on this was to do the face's none of the underside 👌 the media used won't damage the threads just clean them out I'm able to blast wires and airline's with out busting or cutting through them I know they will be fine 👍 to make a complete perfect job it would need stripping to an inch of its life have it over a pit etc but the man hours alone would value the trailer as scrap all he was after was a tidy up so the old bill don't pull him over as he moves it from 1 field to the next. With it been agricultural it don't need MOT (UK tests to say its safe for the road) same again it won't be pulled any faster than 25mph and a maximum of 1.6km from his farm or land 👍 he just wanted it to look fresher than it did 😊 please have a snoop through my other videos 😊
Understood bro. I’m just extremely fussy. 👍🏽
I’ve seen nozzles come off not a pretty sight. Holding the hose also makes for better control as you can make it do the work for you. 😀
من ایرانی هستم وکارم سندبلاست هستش کار خیلی سختیه اما مجبوریم
😊 hi fellow blaster 👋 it's how we keep the lights on I suppose 😂👍
@@Mobileblaster عزیزم لاتین بلد نیستم😇🤣

Hi pal, watched all your videos as I'm just been starting off blasting people think it's easy but it's not your doing well fair play wouldn't mind your number to have a chat if possible
Thx it does look easy but the is more to hit n hope haha. I can answer any questions you may have on hear that way it will help the channel out with other people may have similar questions I don't want to keep repeating myself 💞👌👍
@@Mobileblaster I've been happing trouble with my compressor , compressor oil going in the air lines? I'm after another compressor if you know for any for sale
@@rhyslewis2062 What compressor is it? You can easily fix that issue no problem swap out the air oil separator buy a service kit for said unit change the filters and oil should stop that issue 👌💞

Enemy of human health
What's that?
@@Mobileblaster sand blasting process is very dangerous for lung health. Because of lung ca
Not in the products I use. I use a media that's none carcinogenic and the paint removed is water based paint. I wouldn't recommend breathing it in but it is clean dust 👍💞
