good video!
@@ALLISONERIDEI thank you
My neighbours would be really impressed if I started first thing on a Sunday morning with the second twin blade moving rack machine....... "this is an ideal choice for home"..........!!!!!
What could be better than having a wood stove in the winter, where we can sit and tell the kids stories about life?
@MrTech-y3q yep... good luck with that, if you can only pry the smartphone out of their hands !!!!
Completely mesmerized can’t take my eyes off it
From Russia with love))),
thank you my friend
I was really hoping the thumbnail was real.
It’s fascinating to see engineering innovation applied to something as practical as firewood processing.
What a cost-saving gadget, right?
The chainsaw integration into this system is next-level genius.
Totally! That seamless integration takes efficiency to a whole new level.
This video is awesome with the sound off
having watched the whole thing, i'd have to say it's prolly better with the picture turned off, too .........
I like the chain saw board mill
That first one. The cone on the truck wheel. You'd freeze to death before you split enough wood to stay warm.
It's simple though. No additional parts needed. I've seen them attached to small engines and electric motors as well.
My main question is how long do they stay sharp?
Absolutely correct. This isn’t a new style either. They were trying the same thing in the 70’s with farm tractors. I saw it demonstrated at our local fair grounds. As a young fella that wasn’t overly fond of axe splitting the winters firewood I thought it was great.
I said as much to my dad on the way home.
All my dads did was asked who was going to help me get the tire off and the splitter on. Then reverse the process to get home.
I was devastated, he was absolutely right. He went on to point out that it couldn’t handle the fence line elm or oak we were cutting.
At least changing a truck tire isn’t difficult. It’s still a stupid idea.
@coloradomountainman8659 Umm, they're sold all over the web. On that basis I have my doubts about them being illegal, especially over a single incident.
Every tool has risks. It's a matter of operating instructions, or lacking that then common sense. Just sayin'.
I wonder how many of these machines have maimed or killed the operator
oh hello colleague
Lots of great machines. Just remember for home use there is quite a bit of maintenance and cost. Blades go dull frequently and are expensive to replace over time. My dad use to sharpen blades that got dull but that takes time. Always the time vs money conundrum. Just be aware of ongoing and maintenance costs.
Combine the sawdust with coffee grinds for an excellent brick to burn in your woodstove.
I admire the knowledge you have,. I can learn from you from these suggestions, you are such a knowledgeable and kind person, surely great things will come to you today.
I am finding this video oddly psycho satisfying ☮️💙🏴☠️🙏🌎
i like the way you think
@@MrTech-y3qThanx…I needed that 🪵☮️
Nice to see the inginuity of inventing finnger, hand and arms removal machines are very much alive ...
.. Be safe, Be smart
thank you, have a nice day
Well, there's some of the most terrifying machines I've ever seen.
maybe so, wish you a productive day
A great watch for anyone interested in this topic! 🎥
That's a great reminder, my friend
@15:15. The chainsaw mill looks like the happy medium between bandsaw mills and cheap 2X4 board guided chainsaw mills. I rather like the compromise.
thank you
@@MrTech-y3q 👍
I worked for a company in the late seventies that sold those screw splitters that went on a truvk axle. I think they called it, Wood mizer
Sold as unicorn in the mid west in the 70s
Id love to see a slow-motion shot of that chainsaw in action. Bet it would look epic.
Great idea! Slow-motion would definitely make it look even more epic

1:17 It's been a "game changer" for quite some time. I remember this from the 1950s
Thanks for your contribution. Love you.
Well they do work. Silly as hell and dangerous, but neat.
yes thank
Only 1 arm and 3 fingers were lost during the making of this video.
OH no!
Love the way this is presented simple yet captivating
haha
Prawie wszystkie pokazane tu wynalazki pochodzą z krajów Europy Wschodniej. Polska górą!
Thanks for your understanding.
Ah, the good old days. No guards, no safeties, no e-stops,no fingers.
14:11 - how I can find the original video?
A lot of these images just show the device splitting, cutting or chopping but not the loading of the unit or the prepping [cutting with a chainsaw] of the wood so it even fits in the machine. And the lack of guards is scary.
I love you commenting on our content
have a meaningful day
".....a small, hand-carved engine..."
Welcome to Mr Tech's channel.
I like the idea of straight mechanical leverage instead of hydraulics.
The long arm hand operated one is strange though. He used a spring which works against him instead of a counterweight which would work with him.
thanks for your idea i will welcome you in the next video
We can do without the AI voice over
yes sir where are you from
Yes. Awful
Great information
thank you pro
👌👍
0.08 seconds to cut through that log ? Do you even know what a second is ??
Oh!
not many of us seemed to notice that howler
This is the kind of machine that makes you want to buy a cabin in the woods.
Exactly! Nothing like big machines to inspire some off-grid dreams!
I love how absurd the AI generated thumbnail is...
Just as well turn it all into saw dust as small as they are splitting it !
Thanks for your comment
My kindling is bigger than some of that
Some of these machines are death waiting to happen. Unreal.
I don't really understand your opinion.
I do.
Why don't you address an obvious question: why split such small rounds? It wastes energy and you might as well burn waste cardboard!
3:00 extremely dangerous
yes
Firewood should not be shorter than the splitter everything is safe
@MrTech-y3q Yes, if the piece is longer, only if the finger gets under the wood it will be crushed operator can even know where is his hand/finger but blade moves so fast. Similarly, next machine but blade is slower. Only automatic ones are safer. And this conical drill its rev not move. The other hands can get under the piece of wood, not even under the sharp blade.
4:12 WOW
haha!!!!!
Had to turn the sound off.
oh
Some great videos nicked from elsewhere online but the commentary was mind-numbingly irrelevent. Was it AI?
It runs like an oily machine
you thought it was
I hope this was meant to be "funny".
Why don't people fit guards on rotating parts near hands? Not rocket science! Some people are clever and stupid at the same time.
I will take note of your comments to improve the content.
another hands and fingers removers
if you know how to operate it will not happen
@MrTech-y3q Danger is low on this conical drill type becasue sharp edge not moves its rotate. others mechanism forces is high and sharp blade moves fast and can catch hands. good is the mechanism from which you do not have to run away with your hands or do they perform automatically. and here hydraulic presses with manual feeding. even the press works constantly, the operator does not turn it on.
With Siberian greetings🙏🙏☘☘🪓🪓
thank you
👎 why does every AI video think everything is a game changer ?
So sick of hearing that phrase, whether it's about butter knives or a new light bulb, you'll eventually hear that in the video "it is a game changer"
Do you like my content?
The only thing mind blowing is how worthless most of these machines are at splitting wood.
Oh!
@@MrTech-y3qI wonder how well his design works. Oh right, he aint got one.
@@benc.enlotsyet he is absolutely correct. Most of them are impractical, and or dangerous.
@@edwardphillips8460 Not if you have a brain bigger than what God blessed a flea with. That is why we are in the shape we are in-- too damn many warning labels for the stupid people so they don't self delete.

Stupid machine work. Muscle work is better, just with an axe and splitting wedges, that puts you in a better mood.😎🤓✌👍
Wenn du noch jung bist 😂
I really like your thinking.
