    The bottom middle (grow out cage) ... YOU need 2 Doors or modify one large Door. 😎

    Most efficient design I found on the tube so far. Will be making one this spring. Thank you for taking the time to share the details.

    Hello from Southern California. You were suggested by Hidden Heights Farm. You sent them very nice shirts with your cool logo.

    How much did it cost total for the build minus the water system

      Most of my supplies I had from other projects, but the most expensive part is the cage wire from klubertanz equipment.

    Please no wire bottoms. Its cruel. I know you have a plastic tray but its not good enough..could you just litter train them?

      OMG, I am so tired of the IGNORANCE of people who think cage wire is CRUEL!!!!

    Why are your cages wired bottomed? And its so... SMALL.

    • @OwlCreekHomestead
      @OwlCreekHomestead  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      They are wire so the poo can fall through the holes. All the rabbits have a plastic tray to stand on to get off the wire if they want. If bottoms are solid that holds urine and feces which can cause alot of bacteria and disease.

      @@OwlCreekHomestead So you clean it more often. Wire bottoms are not good for their feet, they can cause blemishes and sore hocks which is a very painful condition for rabbits. These are also, like you failed to reply to, far too small for any rabbit. Rabbits love to run and jump around to release energy. This is a horrible way to keep any animal. Even if you're raising for meat, which I very much hope you are, that does not make it okay. Most farmers still let their cows roam outside on pasture all day outside of winter.
