Too bad for the people who are not good at answering questions but have the ability to do the job and good attitude to the people. Why they just don't look at the resume instead of the person's ability to give the answer which pleased the interviewer. Not everybody has the ability to give the best answer but once they are on the job they are very good and hard worker.
same for me, I'm too bad when it comes to speaking yet I do believe I'm qualified.. I'm an Egyptian fresh graduate electrical power engineer and it's quite sensitive field, I got accepted in my first two jobs But after laying out terms and conditions I found these weren't suitable for me at all.. and the third interview was a decent one but guess what they never talked to me back.
Anita Blanco If they don’t ask you questions, they can’t pick up on your good attitude. Just looking at the resumè will not be favourable to those with lackluster grades
Don, thank you so much for all your tips and advice. After months of interviews at several companies, I finally landed a great job with a big, established investment bank thanks to your videos. To everyone else reading: pay close attention to what he says, take notes because it is proven. Don's advice helped me out so much more than any other video on the topic.

Hi George - I've been struggling for 6 months to get a job. I'm a highly experienced people manager but I just couldn't get past interview stage. It hadn't occurred to me to try TH-cam, but I did & I found you. I watched your videos, took notes, wrote scripts, rehearsed out loud for 3 solid days before an interview with another company. Nailed it! I start on Monday & this is a perfect job with a great company. I'm ecstatically happy. Thank you a thousand times!
Hello guys, I have seen a great increase in my credit score and believe I am now on the right track. Thanks to > as I have just bought my first home! They just helped my spouse raise his score to over 750 within few days and also working on clearing his debts
I watched a lot of youtube videos to prepare for interviews, but Don is the one that I feel the most helpful. I recently got an offer from Deloitte, I practiced/prepared exactly what Don taught/suggested through out the videos. Definitely a good channel worth to subscribe and learn.
Just once, I'd like to see someone do a video where the "right" answers are not all "Sales and Service" related. If you want to hire someone to save you money and increase revenue, then you interview "Sales", "Marketing", and "Business Manager" types who have that background and job experience. The big problem is that employers are using the same structured questions for the janitor, copy/mailroom guy, and computer tech ( example from the video ). Those guys shouldn't be worrying about how to save your business money or increase revenue, there is specific education and job experience for just that purpose.
I just wanted to take a moment to THANK YOU for these videos, I had never really prepared for interviews before... last week I was called for an interview in a company where I really wanted to work ... I studied and practiced using your videos ... and I got the job !!! 🙏🙏 so thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge with us !!! ☺️
So happy for you Monica. I hope that you are better than me at keeping one. I need a job so bad, but i have burned all my bridges because i am an addict, and unreliable.
Be careful with what you disclose as your hobbies because they're judging everything you do & say. Keep everything short, simple, & professionally appropriate/applicable.
I just want to say thank you. I watched all your vids (i feel like you had more) over a year ago and no lie, it really helped. A lot of people overthink the most simplest questions, or let the anxiety take over and blow the interview. Your tips helped me land a stable state job and really gave me good direction on how to present myself in interviews. My apologies for the late response but better late than never :).
not at all. if anything lying will get you dismissed and potentially in court. instead, be prepared, that's the key. the interview is to find out more about you as an individual and whether you with fit in with the company's ethos. additionally it's an opportunity to seek clarification (by both parties). remember your application has got you to the interview; now sell yourself.
Mark Lee What are you talking about? We all know car mechanics and electricians who perfectly sell themself. Unfortunately they are quite useless at their workplace. Why do you wanna work with us? The truth is for the money. The truth is people don't care about your company They just sent 1000 resumes everywhere but they do not have freedom to tell truth because HR just a barrier to get the job. The problem is that complex questions important for CEO position asked even if you looking for the process worker or cleaner job. Selling yourself telling nothing about professional level. Thiat's why we have very nice people at their workplaces and they still selling themselves instead of doing their job. Because all they can do very well - selling themselves. Sorry my English grammar.
Well what a well crafted reply. I'll not mention TWO previous students one who worked for a London University, the other a global pharmaceutical who were dismissed for providing false claims of education and then taken to court over this. I'll leave you to it if you're so sensitive about the information you provide and are not able to accept supporting statements from others.
Yes, Don is absolutely right. Based on his videos, I started preparing my answer (wrote down) to the possible interview questions. "Tell me about a situation in ur previous job where you had to go above and beyond...." seems like a very popular question. I just finished OJT with the company and very happy to be a part of it. Don's videos were really helpful, thank you again Don.
+Stevie Daguanno achievements are a bonus, to separate you from others. still you can complete a full winning CV without listing these. in the interim, try volunteering within the industry you wish to. this will help you develop a skill set that others may not have. don't lose hope, you may have to start on the bottom run but in time may well be able to progress. good luck
Stevie Daguanno I have a cousin that was in the same situation, she was older than you and went to apply to goodwill. No previous job experience, she loved it. Hope you try it.
I can't thank you enough. I made a note to take with me in an interview and followed all your advices and I got the promotion. My English is my second language but with your good technique and hard work I did better than my co-workers..they do not know my secret..Don Georgevich:)
This isn't necessarily good advice. Some interviewers want to know about yourself and what makes you interesting. This is especially true in the games industry.
Great tips on the 'toughest question' for most. The best response is done by having prepared by researching the company and most importantly, its needs and illustrating your past business activities & successes that are applicable to what will contribute to their business goals. I like what Jill Konrath a sales trainer states as 4 rules every salesperson should know (& job seeker):Remember to... 1.Keep it simple. 2.Be invaluable. 3.Always allign with their business objectives. 4.Raise priorities
Too much info to dispense in that first question. Make the answer no longer than 30 seconds. The employer isn't ready to hear a long and detailed answer. They're more concerned with how you speak, your body language, etc.
Examples of how you would answer these job interviewing questions are the most helpful. I am tired of no examples but tips. I know the tips - I learn more with examples and later I can apply these examples to my own line of thought. Thanks.
Thank you. I enjoyed the video. You hit the nail on the head about what interviewers want to hear. Whenever i ask an applicant that question, a lot of the time I get hobbies and interests.
I was asked this and totally blew it. I wish I had seen this video first it was very helpful! I just stared at the interviewer for a minute and said uhhhhhh what do you mean? I did not get the scholarship I was applying for lol
Thank you very much sir, Yesterday was my interview and today i got a call that i am selected. I am a fresh Mechanical engineer. They asked me the same questions like, Tell me about urself, strengths, weeknesses? etc. I answered the same way, you have suggested in your videos. They seemed to be impressed. In the end, I said " When do you expect to be making a hiring decision etc.. (as u guided) " and i cant believe, They took the decision so shortly about me. God bless you Sir.
I feel like most of the people watching this video haven't had a job before, therefore have no work experience. I have my awards and everything but thats all I focused on in highschool. I wasn't helping people for money or doing something else to get experience, I just focused on school. I just think that all these videos about "Tell me about yourself" seem mostly pointless because they focus mostly on past employment and that doesn't apply to most of the viewers.
Then, you're most likely not going to become employed in the public workfice. There is help out there for you and it's free to the public. Department of Labor. Departmentof. Laboroflabor com
If you are struggling with finding a job or need assistance in getting back to college, research online , local to your areas , or just search universities that also preferrabky local to your residence of living to ensure attendance policy will be met from day one of set semester course (s)
Don, you are the best and your videos are very informative, helpful and concise. Thanks for posting all of your videos. I have listened to most of your videos more than twice.
interviews are pointless not everyone loves themselves silly and can give you a an amazing question descibing how good you are because in reality all the answers are just a lie
So I had a contac center interviw and this example of interviw. i created my own Answers and defintely I..I got The Job at Alorica Call center Thanks Don Georgevich !Thanks For This video It helped me Alot!..
How do you answer this question if you're making a career change from an industry and with a degree that's not relevant and maybe even too advanced for the job? Let's suppose leaving out the degree you achieved would leave too many questions unanswered like "what did you do in this time?" because you left a part or fulltime job to focus on finishing your degree.
Don, this is a great piece of information, like u expressly stated "helps to break the ice" in the conversation. This is very important as one would want to start on a very good note and expand further as the interview proceeds. This will help me a lot. Thank you.
Tashie Snower ***Tashie, I just saw this and wanted to respond to you with my opinion. One could say don't introduce yourself to the interviewer b/c they already know you are coming in and have your application. I totally understand that. But let me say this... Although they do know you have an appointment to interview, I feel it would be good etiquette to formally introduce yourself and shake the person(s) hand(s). Last point - my son is an actor. As he was entering his career he was chosen for a NASCAR commercial with Jeff Gordon. As he got on set Mr. Gordon walked up to my son, extended his hand and said, 'Hi Josh. I'm Jeff Gordon." Impressive. All the actors who he has worked with, who are well known do the same. All I am saying is maybe you were selected for the interview from your application/resume and talked on the phone but you haven't met them in person.... That's my opinion. I would do it. Hope you get the job you desire.
my answers in the complete interview answer guide are designed to help guide you in creating your own answer. if you use my answers verbatim, then they won't make sense to your interivewer because they are my answers -- you just need to make them your own ;-)
do not feel discourages, one piece of advice is to do an internship or volunteer at a non-profit organization, you can include this experience on your CV as professional experience and make a difference :) it helps you network also
its relative ...if u got no exp talk about ur projects at school and your qualification.... if u got little qualification talk about how u r equiping ur self for the current role and how u fit in... gues we have to apply what hes saying to our respective situations
I normally hear the entire video before liking it, but I just liked this video segment before the last minute to pass, very enriching and incredible tips in it.
I'm looking to change careers and looking for a entry level job in retail. Everyone is not in high powered position. Can you do a video for the small guy. We matter too! Thanks!
endyia09 Exactly! I'm struggling so much to find answers to questions for people who aren't high flyers. The answer examples are always things like ''In my last job I helped increase sales by 10%. I got my degree at Oxford and learn communication skills in the debate team bla bla bla'' It's not relevant to me who is trying to get a job loading lorries in a warehouse or a very basic office job and with a fairly poor work history! I don't have any achievements or examples for any competency type questions.
Mann! I wish I can bring you with me to my interviews, just so you can be by my side just for moral support and maybe a little advice while there asking me questions. That would be so awesome, the interviewer would be like am sorry but who's your friend and I'll be like it's okay please continue his just here for a shoulder to lean on kinda like how a boxer has a coach or a student has a teacher. ..🐹
2007suprasport the same time as the one I have a look at the moment and I will be a good time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to do so with the new year to you by the end up with the new York city centre of town and city of London and new York is not available
Great Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Rozardner Lucky Interview Reality (do a google search)? It is an awesome one off product for firefighter interview tips without the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my friend at last got astronomical success with it.
Don Georgevich..... this is a good solid piece of advice............. i have seen many such guidance video clips, but i have just found out that you simply talk sense. Now i wil watch all of your uploaded videos. Thanks again for sharing tips.
Hi, i'm getting my first job interview tomorrow.. I never worked before, so how do I answer these types of questions... Like: tell me about yourself and why should we hire you...
tell me a little but about your self" its a very different question than "whats is your work experience" let me tell you... when they ask you the first question often they want to know what kind of mind set do you have? for example, im a very high energy person, very goal oriented ext... when they ask for your experience thats when you have to let them know all of your work knowledge... judt an FYI....
I always thought that "Tell me about you" was in regards of what kind of person you are. But it is focused on your education and work experience... does that mean that the company has no idea about me? That they have not bothered to read my CV and they need me to explain it?... I can understand that they want to see how I articulate and explain my career so far but it seems unfair that I have to do all the research and be expected to know everything about the company beforehand and they can just sit back and throw at me "Tell me about yourself" Well, I sent you my CV didn't I? Anyway, I just really dislike this position of power they hold. Interviews should be of equal individuals, not like the company is doing a favour to the candidate, but like a mutually beneficial work relationship, where both sides know each other and appreciate each other at the same level.
I agree with you. Soo act exactly like that. If that interview doesnt work out, go to another one and another one till you find someone who is mutually respective.
This was good. I am retooling after about 20 years of blow and go in heavy industry and it's difficult changing gears. But the fun part about this video is all I could think about is, wow, I would hire you Don based on your delivery and how friendly you are! Good job.
Good advice! Frequently when I being asked about this, indirectly I managed to respond the interviewers that if I were known the real me,I would not be before them.-ve isn't this!
what happens if youre really good at selling yourself, you went back to college and at a University pursuing a bachelors in mass media comm, but for the past four years youve done nothing but work at crappy dead end pizza delivery or resteraunt type jobs where you really have zero interest and have nothing to do with the film and t.v industry you eventually want to end up in. I have no real note worthy achievements just yet, and honestly feel like ive wasted tooo much of life at crappy dead end jobs that just served to pay bills, and be flexible with school schedule. anyone in similar cases please help!. lol
the employer sees multitasking, a willingness to work and they see a responsible person that appreciates work.BTW you did well congrats on having a job and studying a the same time.
With the increase in job applicants and "savvy" interviewee's, interviewers aren't going to waste their time with ambiguous questions. Clear and concise, it's from both sides. It's about what you're currently doing, why you're changing and what you're going to offer you potential new employer. Nobody wants to waste time.
Thomas Brenton Don't listen to this video. We don't all have real achievements (at least not the kind interviewers give a shit about) -- especially at younger ages. You are not a failure, but I'd encourage you to try to push towards a goal in order to achieve something. Work on a project, pursue a skill, etc.
Should have looked this up a lot sooner! I've been struggling with answering this question so much in many, many interviews with no success. This was pretty helpful. So, thank you!
It upsets me greatly that interviewers use trick and misleading questions. Such as, tell me about yourself. Tell me what you didn't or dont like about your current or last job. It upsets me greatly that they judge you because you are nerves and confused by their unclear and misleading question's. They should ask tell me about your last or current or just job experience. The second question should never be brought up,because they dont want to hear anything negative. Lets all be honest there is always someone or something, we dont like about the job we have or had. If you say something negative in a interview you wont get the job, so there asking you to lie which denotes lack of good morals. That is why in self imployed.
Great advice. I never thought about how this question could really set the tone for the interview and there is a right way and wrong way to answer. Thank you!
Thanks, great tips. "Do Not answer like you are on a dating app!" "I like redheads, these body parts, positions, recreational drug use." Depending on position, things that relate to the position. What I've learned from various jobs. Applying for Admin job, I learned teamwork from time washing dishes, customer (internal or external) challenges. Dealing with challenges.
yes, don is reading from a prompter. had to do it with the older videos while I was overcoming my own nervousness with making videos. its a huge learning curve.
at least its turned out great n everyone has the right to correct their weaknesses. As for me, i wouldnt know if i can do well as him even with the script prepared infront of me. :)
I have an interview with General Electric for their Engineer New Grad program in Canada and basically I'm preparing by going through your videos. Thank you!
thank you. I love it. I am french, I use the subtitle to follow better. At the end they made a big mistake on your name, they wrote . this is Down Georgia bitch. was funny but need to mentioned it.
Thanks for sharing this information. Too many people share person details in answering this question. Your answer to this question sets the tone for the rest of the interview.
thank you so much for your feedback. is clear and to the point. I have a mock interview tomorrow and was worried until to saw you. I was able to understand everything and answer lots of questions I have. thnaks
Don has great content, watch his videos! One additional recommendation would be to answer with question with "I reviewed the position and it appears to be a great match for my three of my core strengths/skills, problem solving, leadership, and driving results with data (identify your specific strengths for the position you are applying to). I am happy to discuss all three, but is their one strength you would like me to focus on that would aligns with your specific needs right now for this opening?" This is important because you turned your focus specifically to the role and how you are a fit, these are the critical items for the tell me about yourself question. Remember sometimes company priorities change after they post the role, don't assume that they won't have a specific skill or strength that is critical right now/today; you are allowing the interviewer to see that you are focused on their needs and removing any guess work or assumptions about what is most important to them. This strategy may only work 25% of the time, but in those instances you will be telling the interviewer exactly what they want to hear. If not, you are still focused on aligning your core strengths/skills with the position and this is always a good idea! I hope this insight helps!
Thank you very much Mr. Georgevich. I'm preparing for an interview tomorrow as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. Hopefully I could convince them that an experienced butler could do the job.
I'm that person lol
That's very truth. Interview process is painful. I have so many co worker that did great in the interview but they are horrible in the job.
They want you to be a good speaker, it increases their public appeal.
same for me, I'm too bad when it comes to speaking yet I do believe I'm qualified.. I'm an Egyptian fresh graduate electrical power engineer and it's quite sensitive field, I got accepted in my first two jobs But after laying out terms and conditions I found these weren't suitable for me at all.. and the third interview was a decent one but guess what they never talked to me back.

People who good at interview just best liars. Nothing else. Only probation period will show who is who.

As a young recent college graduate with no significant work experience, this doesn't help me at all.
try getting some volunteer experience so you can say that you did something.
finalfantasy8911 You don't need to volunteer full time - just a few hours per week could give you enough experience to launch from.
canadate123 I volunteer at a homeless shelter for 4 years Don G. is right on that.
same
canadate123 As a High school grad I had to get volunteer experience before I could get my 1st job, I second that advice.
I had an interview the other day and used all your tips and I got the job! Thank u so much this is so helpful it's not even funny I love you!

This and "why would you be a good fit for our company" are the worst questions to have to answer during an interview.
Brooklyn Rodrigues
tell me about it I got a interview coming up real soon thinking of what to say already
Why don't you think this wouldn't be a good fit for an interview? lol jk
I don't like the question "Describe a conflict you've encountered and how did you solve it?" My whole life has been a conflict.

Redge-Pyro46 find something that fits the job description
Edward Koepke
Redge-Pyro46 you could talk about your education and how you’re willing to learn and also make up an example from school
I'm glad my interviewing videos are helping you.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!
Thank you. I enjoyed the video. You hit the nail on the head about what interviewers want to hear. Whenever i ask an applicant that question, a lot of the time I get hobbies and interests.
Don - how best I can articulate my response if I am asked why I don't have job or not working for the past 6 months?
I was asked this and totally blew it. I wish I had seen this video first it was very helpful! I just stared at the interviewer for a minute and said uhhhhhh what do you mean? I did not get the scholarship I was applying for lol
Thank you got my dream job ✌🏻️ you are the best 😊
Please teach me English
I have an Interview in a Public Sector and your video has boosted confidence in me. Many Thanks.
What if you have none of these?
Then, you're most likely not going to become employed in the public workfice. There is help out there for you and it's free to the public. Department of Labor. Departmentof. Laboroflabor com

Nicholas Nolan exactly!!! Just get the resume n background check and all it a day.

My interview today just been notified 4 hours before my interview. thanks for the advice
For what it's worth, "I'm a Cleveland Browns fan," is not the correct answer to ANY question.
Don, this is a great piece of information, like u expressly stated "helps to break the ice" in the conversation. This is very important as one would want to start on a very good note and expand further as the interview proceeds. This will help me a lot. Thank you.
Is it advisable to introduce yourself by saying your name? Something like, "hi, my name is Anna," ...etc...
clairebare8705 of course that's okay
clairebare8705 The "...ect..." part is always the difficult bit. Trust me I've used that line on girls all the time. ;^)
+clairebare8705 no dont introduce yourself to the person hiring you
Tashie Snower ***Tashie, I just saw this and wanted to respond to you with my opinion. Hope you get the job you desire.
my answers in the complete interview answer guide are designed to help guide you in creating your own answer. if you use my answers verbatim, then they won't make sense to your interivewer because they are my answers -- you just need to make them your own ;-)
But I have no work experience =/ I feel like thats holding me back but no ones giving me that first milestone!
do not feel discourages, one piece of advice is to do an internship or volunteer at a non-profit organization, you can include this experience on your CV as professional experience and make a difference :) it helps you network also
its relative ...if u got no exp talk about ur projects at school and your qualification.... if u got little qualification talk about how u r equiping ur self for the current role and how u fit in... gues we have to apply what hes saying to our respective situations
put any volunteer experience or internships, even school projects, clubs anything you might have done to beef up your resume.
Stay away from retail lol it's evil
Taylor Hibbert lol sure is
Thanks don ,due to you I got a job today after 14 months
Mann! I wish I can bring you with me to my interviews, just so you can be by my side just for moral support and maybe a little advice while there asking me questions. That would be so awesome, the interviewer would be like am sorry but who's your friend and I'll be like it's okay please continue his just here for a shoulder to lean on kinda like how a boxer has a coach or a student has a teacher. ..🐹
2007suprasport the same time as the one I have a look at the moment and I will be a good time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to time to do so with the new year to you by the end up with the new York city centre of town and city of London and new York is not available
samir brthman, get help with the stuttering 😁
I cover those in detail in the complete interview answer guide. look it up at job interview tools
glad to hear you think so. good luck on your next interview
tell me a little but about your self" its a very different question than "whats is your work experience" let me tell you... when they ask you the first question often they want to know what kind of mind set do you have? for example, im a very high energy person, very goal oriented ext... when they ask for your experience thats when you have to let them know all of your work knowledge... judt an FYI....
the more prepared you are and knowing how you'll answer their questions, the less nervous you will be.
Chiquicat i agree 100%. :)
Good job.
what if this is your first job?
Good advice! Frequently when I being asked about this, indirectly I managed to respond the interviewers that if I were known the real me,I would not be before them.-ve isn't this!
One hour to go before my interview😭
+anis amalina Did you get the job!
+77Fortran fan
God bless you. You have given me clarity where nothing else has! At a critical time. Thank you !
You should probably avoid telling anyone outside of Ohio that you're a Cleveland Browns fan
+Tyler M it could happen one day. the Browns might come through. but for now, we cheer on OSU -- they are a sure bet.
+Don Georgevich I'm a Manziel fan so there's that. love your videos!
+Don Georgevich GO CAVS!!!!! lol :D
This is so helpful.
Bring the stories in, experiences, skills. Elaborate. My task at hand.
Hi Don am Driver with 5yrs experience how can i talk about myself?
just be honest
talk about the experience you do have, like volunteer. volunteering your time is a great way to gain valuable experience.
what happens if youre really good at selling yourself, you went back to college and at a University pursuing a bachelors in mass media comm, but for the past four years youve done nothing but work at crappy dead end pizza delivery or resteraunt type jobs where you really have zero interest and have nothing to do with the film and t.v industry you eventually want to end up in.
Don..Very Many Thanks. I have been selected in the Central Bank of my Country.
are you related to Bill Mur?
+Koontah Kentay not that I know of.
Looks so much like him lol
+acct137 yess
Who's Bill Mur?
With the increase in job applicants and "savvy" interviewee's, interviewers aren't going to waste their time with ambiguous questions. Clear and concise, it's from both sides. It's about what you're currently doing, why you're changing and what you're going to offer you potential new employer. Nobody wants to waste time.
And if you have no real achievements???
Lie
Make up and move to a very far place so that they won't even bother to communicate with your ex company
we all do. i encourage you to look deeper.
I am a failure. there's no deeper. what do I do?
Thomas Brenton Don't listen to this video. We don't all have real achievements (at least not the kind interviewers give a shit about) -- especially at younger ages. You are not a failure, but I'd encourage you to try to push towards a goal in order to achieve something. Work on a project, pursue a skill, etc.
i'm always confident whenever i'm in a job interview and somehow found out that i need to learn more. thanks for the additional ideas.
That ending was the best, I hope you intentionally left that in there ;)
Should have looked this up a lot sooner!
Thank you!
I GOT THE JOB!! YAYYY
What do you say if the interview is for your first job?
Don- thanks so much for these videos. I got job today because of the wisdom you shared on TH-cam!
Don is reading his script from some sort of teleprompt above camera. That is not comforting at all.
yes, don is reading from a prompter. had to do it with the older videos while I was overcoming my own nervousness with making videos. its a huge learning curve.
+Don Georgevich you're awesome
at least its turned out great n everyone has the right to correct their weaknesses. As for me, i wouldnt know if i can do well as him even with the script prepared infront of me. :)
I have an interview tomorrow with Marriott hotels for an account manager position . These videos are very helpful, gracias!
I like ice cream
MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP!
MDR, j'ai remarqué la même chose :)
😂😂😂
Nice to see a video, that isn’t thinking all the people watching the video is for a office job/corporate job
Thanks for sharing this information. Too many people share person details in answering this question. Your answer to this question sets the tone for the rest of the interview.
thank you so much for your feedback. is clear and to the point. I have a mock interview tomorrow and was worried until to saw you. I was able to understand everything and answer lots of questions I have.
thnaks
"One of my best strengths is my attention to detail. When I set out to work on a task or a project, I always make sure it gets done on time."
Don has great content, watch his videos!
One additional recommendation would be to answer with question with "I reviewed the position and it appears to be a great match for my three of my core strengths/skills, problem solving, leadership, and driving results with data (identify your specific strengths for the position you are applying to). I am happy to discuss all three, but is their one strength you would like me to focus on that would aligns with your specific needs right now for this opening?"
This is important because you turned your focus specifically to the role and how you are a fit, these are the critical items for the tell me about yourself question.
Don, If you were my interviewer I would freak out right there. You are intimidating. :) Wish me luck on my interview tomorrow please. Happy New year.
Thank you very much Mr. Georgevich. I'm preparing for an interview tomorrow as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. Hopefully I could convince them that an experienced butler could do the job.
I feel it's very useful and so helpful tips and guide to the all job seekers; especially for the most anxious persons.
