recap,1.sit to stand crossed arms.2.pillow taps,heel to toe ,forwards and backwards.4.stepover apillow. 5. one leg stand.Remember each one is unique ,compare ur self to ur self, baby steps.Remember we leaned helplessness as we get older in time because of brain washing of old age.We are supposed to live healthy ,active, young to the last 15 minutes when aware of death,run upstair ,lie in bed and die.This is my believe and goal.keep learning.keep active ,happy and grateful for what you have.Exercises are the same but we add challenge to each.as we become stronger.DO DAILY,2 MINUTES EACH .
