RAREST OF RARE Crimes are always attached with brutality and no mercy and that is something always result to a great dilemma , pain , suffering , of the victims amd its families. We have law and justice system to halt this or we can say to give the kind of treatment they have treated with the victim . Ya in exception , there are some rebatement given to the criminals for improvement but that is when the crime is not above the water level. Recently , the apex court of india has suggested that there should be reduction in the number of death penalty as its one of the worst punishment one gets. Capital punishment is a last choice of a court to punish a rarest of rare case and that should be there for the crimes that are committed to ruin the humanity in society. Well the apex court opined that the criminals must be looked at for their improvement and court must wait for this and if it satisfies , the capital punishment than be reduced. Its right thinking of the court and we must respect them but what about the grievances of a victim and its family, the suffering they are going through and the brutality that victim suffered , can all this be compared with the innocence of the criminal after commiting the crime? I think it shouldn't be . Whether its a mass killing or one the court must see its rarity and the way its being commited. The case of rapes and murders are really getting high nowadays just because the law nd justice system is very light against this and one cant even deny this that many a time verdict are taken on the basis of its demand in the news channel and public but there are many instances which are henius but left in pending for long because that is not under the lense of public. Ya , the supreme court is in view reduce capital punishment but it would be more better if the court thinks to reduce those cases that makes the court to choose capital punishment. There is a dire need to make policing better , there is merely 100 and even less that that numbers of police per lakh individual. We must increase them. Courts , lawyers amd judges must be increased as the current level is very low . Waiting for improvement may delay a verdict more than the current 7 to 8 years limit and even give room to a court to make excuse of late verdict. I respect the supreme court and justice system of India but the head will held high only when it becomes more powerful and quick in action and its system becomes rarest of rare in the world.
Death penalty is a very good topic topic to debate. Ideally I don't want death penalty. I don't want it to be in future. Actually it should not be there. But in today's world if we will not keep death penalty then I am sure next day it's not sure if i will woke up alive. Nobody know who will kill you. Anyone will start killing you. It will be like a game. Yes i would like to be part of that game but for how long? I would like to part of it but i would like it to be stopped when I want. So yes i want to kill a person or a animal just for fun but I don't want myself to suffer for that. We kill mosquitoes fisher chicken insects do we care for them? No because we know they will not come back and hurt you. But in case of humans if you kill a human they will come back and hurt you so that is why people think before killing a human. Animals don't remember but humans do. May be animals also remember I don't know. But if you are sure that animal cannot hurt you back then you can kill them. And yes i can kill a human. I would love to see a human being killed in front of my eyes but not at the cost of punishment. Yes i want to see it. But there has to be a way so that this thing works. People want to feel how it feels to be dead but they don't want die. I would love try dieing if i know i will get one more life. Like in a game you do many things you kill police, old people, children's , brutally. You don't get punishment for that. Criminals do the same thing in real life. For them this real life is game. So if you see and compare do they need a punishment? Remember you do the same in game. You don't get punishment. Criminals does get a punishment. It's just difficult to answer this. One thought is just kill him other thought is no he should not be killed. He is suffering i feel bad for him. Next day again killing and murdering. Same person doing two different things. Same person donating money same person killing. Atleast I get these thoughts. Sometimes I donate sometimes I watch people die for fun. Same person. I myself don't understand these two things. Solution is absolute liberty. No rules no laws may be. This is what we want. But we don't have this. I know we need laws but we also need liberty. It's sad that cannot do a murder. It's sad that you cannot do a rape because it's criminalized by law. Ideally humans should be allowed to do everything whatever he wants don't stop him from doing things. But unfortunately Victims suffering is problem. If there is no effect on victim then there is no need for punishment. We just need to make something so that victim does die after some murdered him or raped him. She still remains virgin.
