Same story And I just turned 18 a week ago! I used to have think 3b hair till I was 13 But then hairfall chemicals and hormonal changes damaged it and it's now half of what it used to be. It only grew 2 inch in last 8 fkin months Thats why I'm here

I started taking 10k mg Biotin - it helped my nails grow beautifully straight (I had eggshell nails prior). But it didn’t help my hair grow faster. But as I’m getting older, all these things may have just helped me not to lose my hair though 🎉

That is very common. Unfortunately we didn't always have the proper knowledge given to us about hair care like we do today.
