I have a similar body type/weight, but I'm a lifelong natty in my 30s who is way weaker than you lol (370 bench, 545 squat, 600 deadlift)... obviously take what I say with a grain of salt but I legit have your same body shape - try a few cycles of widowmaker squats (20 rep breathing squats) after your strength sets - made a huge difference in my bracing and squat technique, and built insane mental fortitude. it also somehow helped my bench, alongside doing OHP which I think is often ignored by powerlifters. I also did SSB squats a lot to save my lower back, build better technique alongside deadlifting heavy. you're insane bro if you get your squat and bench up you'll be unbeatable. legend in the making
Yo tyson I know your open about your high end trt use per week but are you able to share with us if your on any different protocol these days when it comes to trying to deadlift the heaviest weight in the world? People would wish about achieving your level of strength on such little doses.
Hey, Tyson. Have you ever considered coaching? Honestly I really want to get into powerlifting in the future, but I always felt pretty insecure about my form with all three lifts. I've been trying to ask for critiques from other competitors in this site, but they never really give much of a critique and it kind of destroyed me since all they said was 'you're hunching so forward' 'nope not deep enough' etc etc and I'm always in a loop of trying to improve myself but I'm struggling.
What are you on just test still? I am usually on Trt but went up to 400 week and half ago and Finally feel the effects the 200 they give me only got me to like 540 usually. And nice job at this rate you will be winning soon if I had to guess. Ohh I read it wrong you won well done man Only thing I am beating you on is bench and dang your catching up I am 380 but kinda umm stuck lol.
400mg is a cycle bro would not dare to stay on that forever. 200 is high end levels of trt you should at least be 1000 ng/dl if not beyond at 200mg per week. If your talking about 400ml then makes sense but 400mg that is a cycle worthy no doubt. Maybe your getting some bunk test or something else is off because some people with like 100mg per week get 1000ng/dl.
200mg trt put me at 540 I am going back to 300 soon but feeling energy finally is awful nice. I ve studied this way to much would be great if it was safe to stay so high but to bad. Oh and test is from dr I am not a great responder sadly oh well I think 300 will be a sweet spot high for most but some drs actually go higher.
@@TheBlah7777 It is not considered trt to go above 200mg so just bear in mind you are tipping into cycle levels, or the test you are using isn’t actually providing you the mg it says on the label and could be some bunk stuff.
