Once the drums are removed , it really shows how INSANE their drummer is.
The drummer wrote such a perfect part as not to overwhelm the song, rather blend right in.

This acoustic version deserves a live playthrough, with the pianist and all, where the piano sound is a bit louder in the mix

Was hoping they'd officially release something like this after hearing Tim's unplugged playthrough, but this really went above and beyond any expectations-the lush piano and strings are really fantastic and bring a whole new dimension to the track.

Because I am only used to hearing the non-acoustic version of it, I was genuinly waiting for the drums to come in...
I feel trully blessed to have discovered this band.
The NYC show earlier this month(august 2022) was so goddamn hype. Opened up a pit for g.o.a.t. everyone singing along to Euphoria and Champagne and the floor shaking beneath you cause everyone was jumping.

As great as this sounds, I still catch myself yearning for the drums to kick in. I think this just confirms my personal thought that its the drums that really makes the original so amazing.

Playing with rods should be enough to tone down the drums a bit. Slightly different technique but you get a much different tone out of the drums and it would fit this style really nicely, I think!

This is so different than the original with what I'm presuming is an upright bass instead of an electric bass + effects. I love both! This doesn't drop as hard but allows more detail to be hard. Well done!

Love both, but the beauty details really shine. Love the visual. Oh yes reminded me of Paco, Al and John on steroids. Elegant gypsy influenced but top shelf 30 years later. Innovative guitar techniques with very tasty chords with virtuosic flares. Spiced with piano runs and voicings adding to the heavenly image.
