While you’re right that one has to stop lusting, the wet dreams will still happen. And if one doesn’t experience it well then it means they’re just releasing it internally, so still the body is releasing and taking care of itself. Please fact check me on this and don’t just take what I’m saying to be the end all be all.

Wet dreams imo are inspired by demons because they plant that sexual thought into the mind to make you relapse. It’s not the mind of a believer to have thoughts of a naked opposite gender appear half dressed it’s a whisper. This is not normal thought. Once you understand this and see through it they reveal themselves (in my subjective experience). On many occasions I fought the desire and wake up from hearing whispers of demons/entities swearing at me and telling not to fight it. Another occasion woke up as they planted the thought to see an evil entity. What’s my prove? My subjective experience of fighting this demon or thing not physically but spiritually and outworldly. You see if you truly guard your privates and desires. You can honestly connect to God better. So, how does the build up of sperm release. If done right it gets absorbed by the body. It’s hard I even got to a point where this thing appears as my spouse to make relapse. Believe it or not there’s demons assigned for everything to make Mankind fail and commit sin. There main weapon is the whispers. There main objective is keep you in a low or disconnected state. Again I reiterate how important it is to guard the privates.

Once you retain for a very long time, let's say 20, 30, 40 days or whatever...sometimes your body just needs to "clear out the pipes" real quick one night. No big deal. It's not your fault and it's not a relapse at all. I dont even count it

I did nofap for 7 years relapsed severely for the past 5 years. I used to literally wake myself out of a wet dream before I released. The solution is injaculation which is a type of nofap retrograde. This way the kundalini energy is recycled. I am starting nofap again but I am going to injaculate but it's an exceptionally slippery slope.

The only side effect i’ve experienced is dry skin on my face but that might be because i’m only taking 1mL a day (instead of the recommended 2mL). I was worried about heart palpitations in the beginning, experienced it one night and it lasted only about a minute. Its recommended to take minoxidil for at least 18-24 months and then slowly reducing your dosage before coming off it completely. I now have a noticeable beard and i came from having 0 hair on my sides and neck. Hope this helps akhi

After Maghrib pray i do breakfast only water and banana until Isha.
