Pro tip for cleaning your meat grinder: run a few slices of bread through your grinder once done. The bread snags all the chunks of meat that can be a pain to get out and makes cleaning easier.

Ground chicken is amazing, before i started on my health journey my favorite food to eat was Picadillo with fatty ground beef and potatoes. Now I just use Ground chicken and zucchini. Ground chicken is the shit so versatile ill even make patties with it just slap on salt pepper and mix in green onion into the meat

I get 8kg of ground chicken breast and lean beef once a week. Cook it all at once weight it and freeze it and I'm set for the week. Take into account that I eat 3 meals a day. I'm not a professional or an amateur, just a dude that likes working out and natty. So that works for me. But I'm definitely gonna try this recipe. 😉

Fouad always ahead of the curve with the pro tech.
I started doing this a couple weeks ago and holy shit is it a game changer. Slow cooker white chili with extra chicken and ground chicken in pasta has changed my diet. It makes cutting so much easier and it's barely any extra time. I can find 99% lean ground chicken but it costs an extra $1.50/lb for the privilege. $50 dollar grinder pays for itself in less than a month when I'm going through 10lbs of chicken a week.
Pro tip, throw the grinder parts in the freezer when you go out to the grocery. Get home and cut the chicken into strips and throw them in the freezer for about 20 minutes to firm up. Grinds like a breeze. Wash everything immediately while your prep cooks and you'll never look back.

Tips for Lower Calorie and more filling Pasta (also less dry from ground meats)
    1. Chicken stock - low calorie and makes the dish more moist (even put it on cold servings and in the microwave 1-1.5 mins)
    2. Gnocchi - a potato based pasta with less calories if made with less eggs or wheat (look on the labels). Its also good for fibre.
    3. Add the pasta water to your dish! Just like the chicken stock for flavour and make the dish moist.
    4. Avocado - theres plenty of recipes for a “green sauce” with avocado look them up and make them lower calories by replacing ingredients.
    5. Passata - is a lower calories pasta sauce alternative, organic ones are also lower calorie. Chuck this into the mix at your pref serving size and its good to go.
    6. Olive oil - if you dont like avocado olive oil is perfect as well, just be mindful of calories. A dish such as the one in the video, 5-7g of olive oil is all you need max!
    7. Fresh Basil - it goes a long way

I like to put all the ground protein in a wok, cook it low and slow stirring every so often with a potato masher to break up clumps. When fully cooked, put a large bowl in the sink, and put a colander in the bowl, then dump the cooked meat in. Most of the fat will self drain, and makes putting away a large amount for later meals and less cook times.

Put two chicken breats whole in a pot cooker
Set the temperature to 200degrees. Add in a cup and half of water. Season with not bullion, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, and a table spoon of olive if not then add some chilli sauce. Put the lid and let it cook for an hour or less depending on the quality of your pot cooker. Once done get a knife and fork and shred the chicken breast. You can also add in veggies but the majority of people hate veggies so that is an option to you all. You can eat it with rice, pasta whatever you can even eat it by itself and it will taste amazing. There you go.

You're 100% spot on about chicken Fouad. You have to find alternatives to keep yourself eating this stuff. For me, it was a pressure cooker. About 50 bucks off Amazon. When the split breasts go on sale for a buck a pound, I load up. I pull the skin off and throw them in with water and a little Adobo. When they are done, the meat just falls off the bone and the meat stays moist in the fridge for several days.

If you’re eating it daily, no need to freeze it. Just portion and leave in the fridge or vacuum seal works good too. A vacuum sealed meat can last twice as long in the fridge. Trust me man invest in a food saver vacuum seal. You can actually cook the meals in the bag too, it’s called sous vide
