The repair is a little more difficult and you need 60-90 minutes.
We recommend these tools for this repair: Pentalobe screwdriver, Y-type screwdriver, pick, suction cup, spatula, tweezers and spudger. You also need a heat gun to unglue the display.

I can't take one of the 2 bottom screws off because one is stripped and I don't know what to do. I saw on some forums that I can force the screen out but I might break it (I don't need it anyways since I want to replace it) any help?

I purchased your repair kit for the screen on my iPhone X.
The very first step was to loosen the two bottom screws on either side of the charge port with your included tool.
The tool was a poor fit, and proceeded to round out as soon as torque was applied.
What should I do? Return the entire kit to Amazon? Or do you want to send me a replacement tool?
