Here's some more League of Legends Champion themes. For this video, we are gonna take a closer look at some of the fiddle heavy songs from the entire discography. Braum, Fiddlesticks, Gangplank, and Captain Fortune all make the criteria. I hope you enjoy it!

"Braum is like Santa Claus" And it really is similar. He even has a Santa Braum skin.
So, a bit of context for Fiddlesticks, he's a primordial demon, a being born from "the first scream of creation", the incarnation of fear itself, easily one of the most powerful beings in the entire League of Legends universe, every single culture in Runeterra has their different myths about Fiddlesticks, and it's body itself is commonly made from objects around him, his main body is a Scarecrow, and the demon itself lays in a cage in its chest
I wonder what would happen if the Demon actually takes Form, I mean If it takes a form of its own attribute which would be just Primal Fear, or if it's just "Shy" and that's why it takes those bodies it makes as a place to hide.
The themes for GP and MF here (as well as one for a different duo, plus background music for a pirate-themed map) were all part of a massive story event revolving around the pirate city of Bilgewater, which is why they've all got a lot of overlap in overtones and instrumentation. It was fun in that there weren't really any "heroes" in the story, and so not much heroism in the music either, just a bunch of pirates being various levels of ruthless and violent towards each other.

It was the story of how MF took over the city in the first place, introduced most people to the idea of the Shadow Isles incursions, and also 'killed' Gangplank for a while, actively disabling him in the game before the chapter of the story where it was revealed he'd survived came out. A wild time in League history!
this all happen in a few days timespan so we transitioned from gankplank theme being the login song to miss fortune one. she not only stole the man throne, but is song too

@@StringPlayerGamerOfficial For all intents and purposes, Gangplank has two themes. The one you listened to is the theme before the fall, where he had a crew to sing along with. He has another theme after the fall where it's a tad sombre in comparison.
I'd recommend Ornn and Volibear's theme. As a violinist, I can see you appreciating Gwen's theme. Also, Kindred's theme for some cello love.
Also, I think your violin solos are really, really good
Braum's theme represents him so much in the lore and in game bravery, and hope. This is why i love playing him

High above the rotten rows, cloth and metal, teeth and crows.
Through the field, down the lane, voices never heard again.
The arrangement of Fiddlestick’s song kind of sets up that feeling of being stalked, warning how it’s too quiet, too still… but it’s too late. Then you realise the monster is real and pursuing you before the jumpscare (very accurate to Fiddlesticks gameplay patterns) when it finally gets you.
If you like the haunting child’s warning song theme of Fiddlesticks’ theme then you might also like Thresh’s theme.
A similar childlike song warning of the song’s central figure pursuing and finally catching you.
It really does make you just feel on edge and warry the entire time doesn't it

The theme for MF feels like a direct answer to the theme for Gangplank. Gangplank's is an imposing overarching force, where MF's is the fiery challenge brought to his doorstep.

Fiddlestick’s theme never ceases to give me goosebumps.
To add to Fiddlesticks context is the primal demon of Fear, he's able to copy voices and it's theorised that what we hear is actually Fiddlesticks copying the voice of the two poor souls. In games he has sentences like "He's here! He's here!" or "It's in the house!". I'd advise giving a listen to his voicelines the voice actor did an awesome job finding a very strange voice half way between a rasp and a gasp.
I really like how all these themes reflect their respective champions very directly: Braun is a folk hero, so his theme is feels very much like something that would be passed down through generations for many many years; both Gangplank and Ms Fortune are pirates so their themes are basically sea shanties but while Gangplank's is heavier and somber, there's a certain elegance to MF's theme, finally Fiddlesticks is primal fear and what a better way to portrait primal fear than to put false hope to dash away first
I HIGHLY recommend k'sante's and nilah's theme, very cool exotic and unique themes

Fun fact: Gangplank's theme (or a variation of it) was used as the Bilgewater - themed play arena in Legends of Runeterra.
Edit: it wasn't just Gangplank's. They used a medley of both his AND Miss Fortune's themes for the bilgewater arena
There is actually a 15 minute long mashup of MF's and Gangplank's theme called the "Bilgewater Map Music" (I love to listen to it on repeat sometimes). They used it in the Bilgewater event where MF "killed" Gangplank. He was actually disabled for a while for that event, but he came back with a wooden "mechanical" arm. His old default skin became his Captain Gangplank skin (and was free for everyone who owned GP before the event began) because he got a VGU (Visual and Gameplay Update).

Personaly, my favorite tracks are Naafiri, volibear and pantheon. those themes have so much personality to them that its a bit insane honestly.

I highly recommend Viego's Theme and then Gwen's theme. I've always been a sucker for those types of stories, and when they're put into music the synthesis is powerful.

It might not be your style, but Galaxy Rumble's theme from back in the day always got me hyped (and still does).
I just found your channel and I am so happy that I did because you are probably the most unique music reactioner to date, especially with the segments where you play along to the music you're listening to. That, and the sheer amount of insight you provide for each song (half of which I can't understand but I totally like listening to that), man, that is awesome.
If I am to suggest champions to listen to themes of, I would definitely recommend Hwei, Irelia, Sylas and Kindred.

I highly recommend giving a listen to pyke, gwen, volibear and ornn theme (for ornn you can listen to"path to hearth-home" if you like the nordic language in volibear's theme). Swain, tahm kench, renata glasc, mordekaiser and rell are also really good.
contextually, from those 4, fiddlesticks theme is my favorite, shortly followed by braums theme
look at braum, this tall and wide dude, muscles all the way... could break all of us in half like a stick. instead holds a giant shield and offers his hand to us. the celtic style screams "fairly small village or town", yet this loud surrounding chant, projecting safety like a wall. and the melodies say either "you can be happy here" or "you can calm down here". even parts of hope. and all of that fits this gentle giant perfectly
the fiddlesticks one is genius. the lyrics and their melody feel like these fairytales and myths we tell to children from them to behave and be careful. the children singing in this nails that down. the instrumentals, though, right away give the feeling "that bad thing is somehow already happening". it continues getting more dramatic, chaotic until the literal demon is there consuming you. not only does it fit fiddlesticks, it also places him in the world, how he is perceived, perfectly.
also i had the thought that the instrumentals sound like being from fiddlesticks, the fear demon, itself, while listening. quiet while they sing, learning about them, humming along melodically, because thats quite easy, and inbetween throwing out attempts of disturbing them and winning in the end. absolutely genius to me

Fiddlesticks’ theme is just absolutely perfect for what it is. A primal manifestation of fear itself. Its voice lines, which mimic its past victims in order to frighten new ones, are officially said to be the demon speaking purely out of instinct with no understanding of the words, except for when it encounters other demons and addresses them by name.
I never get tired of seeing people talk about League music. Would love for you to take a look at Camille, Viego, and Kindred's themes next.

if you do anymore the other League music reactions there are some really great ones id recommend such as Pantheons theme, Irelias theme and Evelyns theme. They are all so well done!
As much as you are an instrumental guy , you can't really say Fiddlesticks' theme tries to introduce you to beautiful things when the Lyrics are about running home , trying to hide , and being too late.
I don't pay attention to lyrics during first time listens. I'm no lyricist anyway so it doesn't really appeal to me.

Fiddlesticks steals the voices of its victims in their last moments and often uses it to lure or trick other victims. By the time they realise something is 'off' is when the chaos in the music hits and Fiddlesticks unleashes its horror.

It would make my day, and if you don’t want to thats completely fine, it’s just really underrated and needs the attention it deserves (Specifically react to sensory overload it’s my favorite!)

You should definitely listen to the Resident Evil 2 Remake soundtrack, specifically, Last Judgement, Looming Dread, March for Survival, and the Save theme. They all perfectly encapsulated that section of the game is about while fitting the overarching Zombie Apocalypse feel.
