    Did this last week and was absolutely smashed. The fun was day after when the DOMS hit. Felt amazing.
    A week later, I’m back at this once again. I want that feeling back in my legs. This is not just physical, it is mental training as well, like no other.

    This is EXACTLY my kind of workout. Short, intense, low volume, supersets, intensity techniques, condensing the work and intensity of multiple sets into only a few sets. I am greatly inspired by Dorian Yates and Mike Mentzer and their intensity principles. It’s fantastic to see other trainers realising the benefits of going to and beyond failure. Love Kris Gethin!!!

    I think high reps is awesome and your principles are pretty kick ass I would just peal back allot on the volume. Plus blowing air doesn't necessarily men your legs are going to grow. Its the set itself that causes the growth. But over taxing the nervous system like this is okay maybe once in a blue moon but not every workout. I do admire your intellect and hard worth ethic.

    Y'all complaining about knee pain need to fix your form and lower the weight, chances are your doing something wrong and blaming the wrong person

    Strapping your knees on the leg press is so bad, it will weaken your knees so much:unless you do another work out to help your knees

    I’ve honestly done quite a few bigger harder and more intense leg workouts in my time bodybuilding and I agree with the other comments, you blow ass and feel like your going to die but it never really made my legs bigger or stronger . Sad but true.

    No offense, no doubt you train hard but why aren't your legs bigger. I think you are so overtrained your legs cant grow.

    This should be titles "knee crushing workout" from all the knowledge he's acquired from these trainers this is what he comes up with ? How about a proper stretch and proper leg warm up before just going straight into it and letting your tendons do all the work.... this is the perfect workout for knee damaging

    Amazing and brutal training. I haven't seen someone try to kill themselves on leg day like that for a while now.
    The haters you're talking about are mostly hating on the way you look. It's because a combination of things (from what I've read). The piercings, tattoos, clothing you wear, and the way you talk, all make you look like a douche bag (whatever that means).
