Wrex being Gerry is very believable, everyone assumes so much about him and most people hate Gerry like they do krogans but deep down Wrex just like Gerry is actually a pretty intelligent and thoughtful person more capable than anyone else realizes.
Renegade Shepard (in ME1 and 2 at least) is so much like Ron it's not even funny. I think that this exchange from Noveria sums that up: "You can't bludgeon your way through bureaucracy." "I can bludgeon pretty hard."

I ALMOST predicted the plot twist right, I thought that Shepard broke it to test everyone's trust, and would make a whole deal how they need more team-bonding excersises

What's interesting is that this Shepard looks way more cute and sweet than default Femshep. She's got messy hair, what looks like a button nose and freckles. I'm curious if that was intentional.
Nothing looks more cute and sweet than default Femshep, she is perfection incarnate and the most beautiful creature to ever have graced my sight. If my artistic rendition of her is different it is simply because perfection itself is impossible to replicate.
