Yes it does
@@Black66 how do you prevent the governor arm from moving off of momentum with all the linkage disconnected?
@@562jamesj I usually take the arm off the shaft coming out of the crankcase. That way when the shaft moves with engine RPM it really doesn't affect anything up top.
Just installed 22mm mikuni from go power sports and the bike running like it’s wide open throttle ! I put the bike on jack stands and started it up and it the motor reving to the moon . Don’t know what to do
same i have no idea either shit sucks
F that stop 🛑 sign, send it!
Do you need to sodder the cable?
If you use the stock cable. You can buy one with the tip already on the cable
@@Black66 I’m saying can I just use stock cable without cutting or soddering anything
@@Black66 I found a kit on Amazon that comes with the throttle cable made for that carb so that should work right
Just got thr carb on the same bike but mine is back firing like crazy just ordered smaller jets
Be a man and shoot flames
What's going on sir watch all your content I can't get away from my TV be cuz I watch TH-cam on my TV that's a good formula you have on the mini bike do me one favor if you can get a hold of it where I stay I can get e85 if you can get e85 you'll go faster than 50 miles an hour that will be great to see how e85 will work on the mini bike keep up the good work I'll be watching bro 💯
Thanks! Good idea!
What's your pilot jet size?
It is a #38 clone keihin pilot jet. It's the unmarked jet that comes with the carb. They seem to work really good for me on the 196cc bikes.
@@Black66 Hmm, I have a stage 2 Tillotson 212. I can't get my idle to stay around the 1500-1600rpm range. It likes to fluctuate between 2200-2500rpm range. I have the idle screw all the way out. The air fuel mixture screw is a turn and a half out. Any more and it runs too rich. I have the smallest pilot jet I could find which is a #32. It runs great at mid to top end, it's just that the idle is higher than I like. I do have the Juggernaut from GPS installed, this is a problem with high RPM idle, it's a little jumpy.
@@SaiyanPony Make sure there are no leaks between the manifold and the carb. When those two are bolted together. If they aren't aligned properly. It could leak at the O ring. The carb won't respond to tuning. Make sure the Manifold is on the correct way on the engine. They can go on upside down. I just try and make sure everything is cleaned and sealed before I try and tune it.
@@Black66 I checked for leaks, I didn't know they could go on upside down. I'll have to check that out. I matched the the shape of the manifold to the engine, I'll double check tomorrow. Thanks for the info.
@@SaiyanPony Not sure if you looked or not but when the manifold bolts to the carb . If that is twisted to one side too much the manifold doesn’t align with the o ring on the carb .
Not sure if any of this applies to yours . But it’s always good to make sure before you try tuning it .
Did you know you have a green man in your garage...sorta looks like he's from Mars.
Yes, he is the security guard.
Thank you thank you
Added a read mikuni 24mm flat slide to my 196cc build.
Gained 5mph
50 to now 55mph on gavel
However its real rich having a 130 jet and 4100 elevation.
Might look for a 110 jet and move needle

Where did you get that air filter adapter?
I can't remember where I got this exact one, but they have quite a few of them listed on eBay.
