I would like you to do a video talking about the "burn-in" in these monitors, I would like to buy an OLED panel but I don't know if at this moment this problem is still present in this kind of panel and I am a little scared to buy one for this reason. Hey ! I figured I have more chance you respond here than on the other video ahah, hence why I'm posting it here too. It's a question about the 27G1S screen you presented in one of your video :
    "Hi, I've just received mine this afternoon, and I'm absolutely having a blast from the upgrade compared to my 1080p monitor, so thank you a lot for your video !
    Though, I do have one interrogation... how did you turn off the red leds on both sides of this monitor please ? I didn't find any manual on the internet ahah"

    I would get an OLED ultrawide 34" for Star Citizen, the PG34WCDM 34 should have the essere black, which wouldn't be bad for a space game. But ~1400€ I don't know if it's worth it. I still have 27" IPS and it should already be G-Sync compatible

    If you want to reduce reflections aka glare on a monitor, you should NOT buy one with a matt screen. A matt surface acts like a diffusor, not only spreading the reflection over a larger portion of the screen, which can reduce contrast on the contaminated areas, but also reducing the sharpness aka reducing the quality.

    • @FelanLP
      @FelanLP 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You can perfectly see this at 0:54 with the softer and blured reflection of the lightsource. In a non-matt reflection this would have bin a cleener and less anoying distracting.
