I’m super gluten and lactose intolerant but was able to spend a month in Europe last summer and basically eat anything I wanted without any stomach probs because of it. The food over there is generally way easier on the stomach but the supplement added a bonus layer of protection and truly worked like magic. Rooting for you always.

😎 i’m italian and I’m going to be in Tuscany in 3 weeks to visit family and friends 🤩 I don’t know about wine in general, but I know when I drink my friend’s wine it is all natural/organic and ‘homemade’ so it doesn’t give me a headache, it actually is a strong diuretic and weirdly flushes out toxins that way. It’s nothing to do with the alcohol % as the wines tend to be on the strong side in Italy, my favourite ever was 14.5% enjoy the food (depending on where you’re going you’ll eat all the local specialities) but they eat so much more than pasta!!! You could literally come back having eaten none, and still had lots of delicious food as they have the ultimate salads/vegetable dishes/meat and fish and seafood 🦞 🐟 🥩 🫑 🥦
Yea, sometimes we have to rest and eat , specially as athletic women; we go through seasons and when we can recognize that it is a time to step back and truly nourish and restore its a nice time to bond with ourselves. Ive been wanting to tell you, I released my debut full length record NEW CORVETTE. I literally did everything myself, the instruments, the vocals, the engineering, the production and the mixing. The reason why Italien wine is better, is because it's cleaner. In the US they can add all sorts of things to it, but that's not allowed in Europe. So if you can, buy European wine.
