Thanks. I love it. It’s crazy how fast you can make some firewood. This will definitely help me try to catch up with my demand. One things for sure I will definitely make the most amount of wood I have ever produced this year.
Looks like you're operating that machine very efficiently. I like how you advance the log while the splitter is cycling. That was a nice load of logs for creating good sized splits as well.
I’m definitely getting the hang of it. The hard part is trying to keep up with how fast it is. No time to be lazy. It’s amazing how fast I can do a cord of wood in. I bet if I had the right size logs I could do a cord in about 10min.
Awesome is all I can think to say Matt. Seeing that amount of wood in close to a hour is a huge improvement in efficiency for you. A disc cleaner would be a great addition, when the funds are available. I can definitely see the day coming that a load of logs a week or every 2 weeks will be the normal for you. Your investment is paying off big time in efficiency gains. Great video and hearing that you have freed up time is great to hear. Keep the great videos coming. 👍🏻👍🏻
Once I go full time with firewood meaning when I retire my tree service business I think I will want 15-20cords a week brought in. I honestly can do that in a day if I put a straight 8hr day in. Not that I would want to do that. But maybe one day.
Nice machine! I had the 14-24 for a little while on my channel and really enjoyed using but it was a tad too small for the wood I get, this machine appears to be perfect and handles it very well.
I will have to go and check those videos out. Yeah I’m very pleased with my decision now that I finally have the machine and have put 13 cords through it in two days. It just flys through the wood. Big wood, small wood, knotty wood. Doesn’t matter just pushes it through. Didn’t get see you at Bunyan. Would have been nice to shake hands with a fellow tree guy.
@@Treestofirewood yeah that big hickory you were pushing through was no problem it seemed to be super straight grain. The 14-24 was lacking pushing power at times. Im glad I stumbled upon your channel, I will have to watch some more, 13 cord in two days is impressive!
@DudeRanchDIY yeah it is. If I processed straight with no break I’m pretty sure I could do all that wood in about 6/7hrs. But I need some breaks. Haha straight grain yeah no problem. Knotty stuff still no problem. Just crushes the wood. It’s awesome. The hydraulic flow on this machine is crazy. They beefed it up for me because they know how I am and so far I’m loving it.
Awesome video. The power and efficiency of your new machine is a vast improvement. I am not certain who is having more fun in this video. You or your children. It is wonderful to see first thing in the morning. If it is possible I would like to see the output from the top of the travel bracket for the conveyor. What is so different about wedge mechanism? This machine does not seem to have the problem with the wedge lifting.
Yeah the boys were having a blast playing with the chip pile. Are you wanting to see the logs as they go up the conveyor and fall off the top? The issue with the wedge not moving on this machine as far as I can think of is the splitter table is higher so you have to lift the wedge up no matter what to get it in the right place so it is locked in better. And when the logs are split they drop down a little so the wood kind of gets out of the way. So far a huge improvement from my last machine especially if you’re looking to do the amount of wood I’m looking to do for next year.
@@Treestofirewood Yes I would like to see the wood from the time it leaves the discharge chute until it reaches the top of the conveyor. I think it will give us a better sense of the volume the machine is putting out.
So far on that chain I have out through 10 full cords and I haven’t not had to sharpen it yet. Haven’t really ran into any dirty wood. I will flip the bar soon though to make sure it wears evenly.
My friend has one and it broken down more than it works he called the company for help to fix it they told him they would call him back but they never did now they won't answer the phone so he is buying a cord king
Well that is unfortunate. I have 60hrs on her now and haven’t had any issues so far. My experience with Bruteforce for the last few years has been great.
Great machine I have the same rig the only thing I can’t stand is the company sucks when it comes to a warranty issue there the worst company I ever dealt with I love the machine I just don’t care for Josh and his father has big time issues
The machine is great. When I ever had any issues with any of my machines from them I’ve called and they had them handled the same day and the part was sent the next day. Sorry you have had a bad experience.
That’s a fine machine!
You’re doing a great job showing it off!
Enjoyed it!
It’s hard not to show it. It’s so much fun to run.
Brute force makes a nice machine. I’ll look forward to more videos and updates as you get more hours on it.
So far I absolutely love it. Very happy with my decision.
Looks like a winner to me!
Indeed it is. It has my vote.
Great job. Definitely a slick looking machine. A beastly beast !!!!
It is a crazy machine. It has definitely past my expectations of what I was hoping it would do.
Nice looking machine. Well built
One of the best investments I’ve made in growing the firewood business. Absolute love it.
Great splitting session 👍 The brute force is a beast😊
Everytime I use this machine it puts a huge smile on my face. Hard to believe she is actually mine. So fun to operate.
Nice processorMatt ,it kicks out the wood that’s for sure.👍

Good show, wish I had one. Keep cuttin' brother!
Thank you. Will be processing and processing. Lots of wood to be made.
Awesome setup
Thanks. It will only improve with time.
Same rig I have. I love mine
Yep they are awesome.

@GlenKent-n8n ok will do
Nice machine my friend.. gunna reach out to you..
Thank you. I just seen the email. I will respond to you in the am when I’m not as tired as I am right now.
That chain is like a hot knife in butter. How often do you have to sharpen it?

All in what did that cost you? Thanks.
Haven’t paid a dime yet. So not sure what this one cost. But it will be negotiable that’s for sure.
😃👍

I was about to disagree with the statement but ummmm.... I forgot my argument. Lol
Haha. I’d put my machine up against any machine as far as user friendly and how fast it is. The best part is the perfect splits that it makes.
