      Ralph, it is better if you mirror-flip your slides with PPT Mirror tool and use them in a teleprompter, you won't go for many takes because you always have your whole concept in front of camera and you don't read word for word therefore you deliver a great presentation in conversational manner.

    Great review, Thanks,
    According to Apps Joanna, I have experienced that using slides with bullet points instead of script, makes a great impression and helps you look natural in front of camera because you don't read word for word

    • @JoannaGryzewska
      @JoannaGryzewska  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, you are correct! If you know the topic well, the script is unnecessary, and just bullet points will help you not forget anything. However, the script can help those who don't feel comfortable on camera yet :)

    Hi Joanna,
    Great review, I have experienced using Powerpoint slides with bullet points in a Teleprompter my speech remains natural and I speak confidently and maintain eye contact because I always have the whole concept in mind, I use PPT Mirror software to mirror-flip the slides.

    • @JoannaGryzewska
      @JoannaGryzewska  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Andries! Absolutely! Sometimes even if we have a concept in mind, it can be challenging to keep an order with what we want to say - bullet points are great ways to keep your recording organized.

    Dollar stores are a great resource. How do you align your eyes or place the camera to appear to viewers like you're looking at them in the video? I stare at the lens while I record and the video looks like I'm not looking at the viewer. Thanks

    • @JoannaGryzewska
      @JoannaGryzewska  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tom, thank you for your comment! I'm keeping my cameras on eye level. To achieve the look you are looking for, simply watch the eye of the lens. I noticed that you wear glasses; maybe the light's reflection makes your eyes look like you are not watching the viewer? Try placing your lights in different positions to see if it will improve.

    Hi Joanna,
    Thank you for the review, Besides using script! What do you think about using slides with bullet points in a teleprompter?, to help you look natural and speak confidently on camera because you don't read word for word, but you would have to mirror-flip the slides.

    • @JoannaGryzewska
      @JoannaGryzewska  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! Thank you for watching! Bullet points are a great way to remind the things that we want to say. While recording, it's easy to forget what we want to say or get lost in our thoughts. Bullet points will keep it organized. And I think you can place them somewhere near the camera as you don't have to watch them all the time on the teleprompter.

      hello guys, greetings from Medellín Colombia. a question what are bullet points? Excuse me for my question, maybe it's a bit silly but I'm trying to do my own telepronter and this caught my attention. I just saw your video. It's the best I've ever seen. 🥰😉👍

    • @americandean8083
      @americandean8083 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@karlis1986ful A bullet point is supposed to be a short summation of the key point that you want to make. It should not reveal all you know about the idea, or there is nothing left for you to say. For each idea you want to convey, consider what the key point is and put that as a bullet point.
