I'm looking for a bike rack but my only question is what keeps your bike from swinging forward when hitting the brakes and slamming into the vertical part of the bike rack?

I was hoping ther'd be instructions about how to mount the hitch itself. thats what is expensive about buying a hitch. I dont have a receiver built into my car.
I know this is old question in comments but U-Haul is probably a good spot to buy and get installed if someone isn't experienced installing them
So he calls it a reciever other videos call it a hitch. Anyway my car is missing this. Is this something I can get installed? 😢
The receiver is the square opening. The hitch is the part that attaches to the receiver which includes the ball at the other end.
Some Uhaul locations can sell you and install it as well just make sure it is a uhaul that has a actual shop to do this.
