I don't believe you'll have an issue with people not ordering your work. Painting is a skill and sometimes you love the way a certain person paints, which is exactly why you get the customers you do. That's not going to change your product movement. If someones going to diy, they'd do regardless of your shop, but now at least they have your helpful tricks. So thank you :)

I appreciate your sharing especially as this is an income base for you. I know that God will redeem this offering for all of us. I recently helped a group of teens paint covers and our only hiccup was the inside edge! We encouraged 12 middle schoolers. I have yet to actually paint my own bible, lol! Joyfully, Celeste

I just wanted to say thank you for sharing this! I am just starting out my journey to paint Bibles for a 100% donation baised fundraiser for adoptions and have been searching for months to make sure I am prepping and sealing these Bibles properly so that the people that do choose me here locally, get something that they love and still feel like it was worth supporting my cause!

I can only imagine how much you have been blessed since posting this. Awesome! I have my journaling bible but the cover is the illustrated kind where it comes blank and you get to color it in but I did so with sharpies and I literally hate it because it transfers on to my fingers whenever I’m holding it so, I’ve been itching to cover it in some kind of way and I stumbled onto this.
