Basically, Lu and Su are roommates in their living quarters in Beijing, so rooming with anyone else at Go Yang would've been awkward. Despite the fact that they compete against each other in the same weight class, they are very close friends, and have compatible personalities. Their tempers never clash, and they never fight (only "play fight"). After Su won nationals by 1 kg, Lu jokingly said it'll be his turn next - and he won world's at Go Yang, make two new world records.
@LesFayes not that Dajin is not flexible. Just that Lu has better flexibility. Quite obvious actually. Look at both of them at the bottom of the squat jerk position. Lu definitely looks more comfortable.
To summarise: Lu Xiaojun has better flexibility and is better in snatch whereas Dajin is not as flexible and is better in C&J. Both are good friends and in good terms despite being in same category which is rare. Both train together, push one another, achieve even better results.
As far as explaining some simple physiology behind muscle and fat, just google "difference between fat and muscle" and you can read all about that. Now you want to compare between super heavyweights, but then you did not consider that as long as they're 105 kg+, then they can compete in super heavyweight competitions. So when comparing Lu and Su, since they compete in the 77kg category, then obviously the more muscular guy can out lift the person with relatively less muscles.
What's wrong with Google? It's a search engine that can connect you to legitimate sources such as scholarly journals and university lectures. Fat is a fuel and it cannot generate force like muscles do. It is a completely different organ of itself that is just fuel storage. So now you want to compare bodybuilders with power lifters......... You're comparing apples with oranges. So yeah, go read some stuff buddy and hone your logic before commenting further. I've read plenty of books, thanks.

Aweseommmee! THat was pretty funny the interview. Especially the part where they said they'd take turns to win. Lol!

@kirksman can you mention the good parts?
@SGWeightlifting
I'm just wondering, how one can be considered as inflexible when one is able to squat jerk like Su Dajin does.
If there ever was a picture definition for a mesomorph, Lu is that.
He isn't mesomorph, When white people copy the body type they forgot one of them, And he is hybrid of two body type of that and endo
Or more like They didn't put it cause in white people they don't have much of that.

@bigislander72 it's not the muscle who lifts these weights it's the power you have
can someone translate this into english for those of us who don't speak chinese?
Lu: HE isn't my rival he is okay..
Dajin: He is only good at one thing
Basically they trash talk about each other in soft way
@bigislander72
Bodyfat % doesn't matter.
The only number that matters is the total.

Xiaojun is much more "ripped" than Dajin!
Well... If we see no toning... That means too much of the 77kg is fat... and fat gives no power.
Go read a physiology book before trying to make yourself look smart ^^
