Yes learn to fight learn to defend yourself you may not be into violence but having some combat skills could save your life,I have a Kick Boxing tutorial that will get you in shape and sharpen up your combat skills and improve your confidence,

An excellent combination of kickboxing and dance cardio, my two favorite types of exercises! I burn 519 calories! It's great workout that'll make you sweat, get your heart rate up, and burn calories while having fun! Simone's workouts are the best! I love her humor, energy, and she's so much fun to workout with! I wanted an easy workout after a long break so I did this one. In the morning I barely got out of bed because of my sore muscles. I will never underestimate dance workouts again. Love her energy
I added your workout to my 30 minute workout. I only done it for 5 weeks and I lost 10 pounds!! (1 hour just 3 times a week) Thank you Simone!!!! I almost lost hope on losing weight with my middle aged body.

I want more dance cardio routines!! Cardios can get too boring with time, but it's so fun when it includes dance. I can sweat a lot, but also have plenty of laugh and fun!
This workout seemed fairly easy in the beginning but as it progressed it intensified SOO much. I really loved it though, it was a fun yet extremely effective workout!
When I started this workout I thought it was going to be too easy... by the end I was DRIPPING in sweat. The individual steps themselves were easy and I liked how they broke them down before speeding up. The repetition and increased difficulty throughout helped make this a great 30 minute workout. I don't know if I would love doing this regularly though since I would already know the steps and it might feel slow to be learning the basics again. We'll see!
I love to dance (though I can't) and I love to workout (every day except Sunday), I come to this channel whenever I want to break up my monotonous routine (HIIT, strength, yoga, pilates..). I come here whenever I want to dance and burn calories at the same time. Love this one so so much! Yay for dance! (people complain too much. If you don't like it, find another you like on popsugar, they have a TON! Grow up people, life doesn't go as you please keep it moving and stop whining and ruining it for others)

I absolutely love this video so much, kickboxing plus dance is the best, also Simone keeps repeating so I can get the hang of it eventually. But I think Erika should be doing the modifications throughout the routine so it's easier for those who doesn't want too much high impact jumping to follow. Just a lil complain here, overall this workout is superb. I was so tired and panting during the workout but the routine is so fun that I managed to finish it! ;)
