when in Israel Jan/Feb 2020 I picked up small rocks from all of our stops. At home in Canada I hot glued them with little labels, onto two identical rectangular dishes and sprinkled sand around them from a favourite beach here. People comment and I love telling the story of each rock. Great videos guys! Blessings.
I just love your series. It's like getting a tour of Israel, one bite sized morsel at a time. And since I have the attention span of a 5 year old, it's just perfect.
My mom went to Israel in the late 90's and brought home rocks from all over. She wrote on them where she found them. So I have a beautiful collection of rocks from Israel that I treasure.
When I think of Jaffa, I remember the scene in movie "The Robe" (1953) when Marcellus was sent to Jaffa en route to Jerusalem because he ticked off Caligula. Fiction book about first Christians, of which he was one, the centurion who was in charge of crucifying Jesus. We can't thank you young siblings enough for all you do to let us see the Holy Land that most of us have never seen and would give anything to be there, danger or not, don't care. But I remember that our Creator's Lovingkindness hung the sun, moon and stars on the 4th day of Genesis, and I am amazed that I can look up at those same guiding lights as Abraham did beyond the Great Flood, and I feel completely present in His Grace because of Yeshua Ha'Moshiach, Christ Jesus our Lord and soon coming King above all kings. Most people don't realize the significance of the tablecloth with the animals. When Noah was dying and blessed his sons, he said to Japheth, "Japheth would be enlarged and dwell in the tents of Shem". The law of Moses said that nothing unclean could be in the camp of Israel. So when the tablecloth came down, God said "What I have made clean, is clean indeed". Japheth, the father of Europeans. We have been made clean through Christ and dwell in the tents of Shem. Mari, thank you so much. Arabic is a very difficult language. I am an Israeli Arab, that means that Arabic is my first language. We do not have a video on how we met. Our initial introduction was at a young adults meeting in church, where we had a worship night of Arabs and Jews together. How come you want to learn Arabic? I did my MA in Near Eastern LAnguages and cultures and I had to study 3 languages, Hebrew, Aramaic, and Arabic. So far Arabic has been the hardest. I finished school but only took intermediate level. I've been trying to self-teach. Thank you, I will send you a private message on facebook.
In 2:52 of the video where you're saying God declared the unclean animals Kosher. The main point of this is found in Acts 10:28 "And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean." I don't think God was declaring all animals Kosher here but was trying to get Peter to not call the Gentiles unclean as you eluded too. People often get confused on what this passage means and say we can eat anything so just wanted to clarify.
I love how your videos show that two opinions of what the catholics think is the ancient site and what others think. Funny thing is Peter, Matthew, Mark did not attend the catholic church.. if you do your research.. their practices were very different. I feel like roman catholics just make up this opinion things were here worship here blinding people to worship without pressing on to know God and worshiping much like in the ancient roman way.. with paganism and pagan traditions.

These churches were built over the centuries at sites considered to be the traditional locations. Then a few decades or centuries later a record/artifact/GPS coordinate would be discovered that gives a different location with a higher possibility of being correct.
