      I think it is because Master Shi already talked a lot in other video,s. These video,s are about practice, but I agree in a way to what you say. He has a pleasant voice to listen too.

    I am 65 years old and in good physical condition. However this is a new and wonderful challenge and I am finding that I am capable of much more than I ever thought was possible for my body. This is all because of this great training--Gradual, step by step. Thank you!

    I am 70+ and like the person below this comment. I am in very good physical condition. Likewise, I feel so wonderful and strong. When I am becoming a little confused...you come close to the laptop and show the correct movements. Love It! Thank you, Shifu for this wonderful class! I appreciate you. :)

    Good morning, Master Shi Heng Yi. Another great class! You have mentioned when we are doing this exercise, our body and mind should be united. And also to focus on what we are doing at the moment. I've been suffering from vertigo for almost a year. Having the dizziness is like my mind and body are separated. Not together. I actually felt dizzy when I was doing the neck rolling and whole body rolling, but I focused on my movement, not the dizziness. I somehow managed it and I could continue exercising to the end. I usually have to lay down when it occurs.. (dizziness comes with headache and nauseous). But the dizziness was completely gone. I limited myself and avoided many things. But since I've started Shaolin exercise by Master Shi Heng Yi, I've been feeling so much better both physically and mentally. Today's experience was another surprising discovery of myself.       I had a really bad Vertigo for years, after 2 hours therapy stopped all the problems for ever, and the cure came similar Master Yi advise , he said: make a cross with your body , 1) back 2)front3) right site 4) left site, do you understand i will be happy to tell you again, ok good luck " Caila "

      @@rosagomez1429 Thank you! I'm sorry you had vertigo for long time. I hope you are all better now. It is horrible to have this, there was no life for me before. I went to all kinds of doctors, therapies, chiro and all. But nothing really worked. But this is helping me a lot. I can feel the difference of my body and less dizziness since. I'm so glad I found Master too. So grateful and appreciate everything he does!

    Very happy that I am still able to cope with the Day 4 exercises. Some parts of the body are being stretched further. I learned a lot regarding my own body especially those exercises on a static position, with a slower movement and the breath works. Thank you so much again Master Shi Heng Yi for gradually introducing new steps on each session and explanation on each new steps. I am looking forward to Day 5 sharing.

    感恩释恒義大圣师傅,晚上回来又跟着练了一遍,似乎蹲马步时,又有了一些进步,看来急不得,还是再接着练几天这个第四天的动作。等蹲马步时不再觉得吃力时在开始练下一天的动作。希望下一次再见到大师时,首先是腿部的功夫有所长进,然后才可以进行下去。听少林的师傅说什么是功夫?就是先练基本功每天坚持练时间长了慢慢的就变成了功夫。所以的坚持。看我能坚持多久?

    Good Morning. I want to thank you for the 4th day of training (for me the first). Today as promised I was live on the zoom. And I wanted to leave my experience here. It was a phenomenal training, I loved all the details and especially the interactivity of everyone who was turn on the webcam. I never practiced Kung Fu, but I practice (and teaching) Traditional Karate-do. The similarity that the master showed in the last few movements is enriching. Today I learned even more. My path is richer. And to Master Shi Heng Yi, I have to thank you wholeheartedly. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏. Saturday I'll be back on the zoom 🙏🙏🙏

    Shifu@machst Du das in regelmäßigen Abständen mal wieder nach den 6 Tagen? Es tut echt super gut und Du zeigst einem, was man tun kann, um seinen Körper zu stärken und zu spüren und ja auch über seine Grenzen hinauszugehen, auch wenn es mal weh tut anfangs.

    Thank you for this wonderful practice week so much! 🙏🙏I am super surprised that 1/ I can follow it although it is tough 2/ My body manages to repeat the exercise again in the day ;) 3/ That I don’t have soar muscles (!?). And today, when I was expecting not to be able to do it all, my body actually started feeling lighter and happier so I managed it all, having a big smile on. Aaamazing and unbelievable😃!     累死我了,早上练了第三天的,晚上回来就在刚刚练了第四天的,出了一身大汗,腿哆哆嗦嗦,不过好像比第一天刚跟着大师练时腿的哆嗦劲儿稍微好了一些。至少每天坚持练一次。最主要的是坚持,这个说起来容易做起来就需要时间和毅力。感恩大师

    So far, surviving ~! So grateful to practice live with you! I couldn't sleep well because of muscle pain on all joints. I found my physical state. I did so loosen work-out. I believe there is no limitation. If I do keep to practice it..Thanks Shifu~ Gratefully with love and respect.

    现在每天都在尽量保证能够至少练一次,相反的倒是把练易筋经,八段锦,十三式罗汉拳的时间都给挤掉了。不过,这个基本功蹲马步确实是对腿部力量的训练非常有好处。首先是今天早上下楼时右腿膝盖不再觉得疼了,给了我很大的惊喜。所以觉得还是得先练这个基本功。有时间时再练那三个很想练的功夫。感恩师父阿弥陀拂。这个阿字听说是念额的音。可我听你们和尚台湾的也好中国的也好都念阿的音,感觉怪怪的。

    I see alot of people in their 60s with comments..and I am there too...remember we are the generation who played baseball, rode bikes, swam in the river..skateboarded etc...as kids and also had many other sports activities.including scouts or YmCA ,,Boys and Girl Clubs etc....we never stopped for a moment!!..perhaphs that is why this is not only INTERESTING...new exercise....but we can do it!! Our cells have memory..especially for physical activities...where as these last generations,..as Shifu said,..are glued to the cellphones....and inactive.Good Luck and see you all in the next session..greeting from Mexico

    Of I find the warm up exercises ( arm exercises and neck exercises ) particularly challenging should I slow them down or try and keep the pace

    Thank you for these four days of exercise. I already feel stronger and know a little discomfort ( read pain) can be endured for a short time and it will make my legs stronger. The other practices I am also enjoying the 8 brocades and the 13 Luoyang style very much.

    Dear Shifu, I am so very grateful. After a badly treated ancle fracture, years ago, my standing time was three minutes only. 8th of January I started the 8 Brocades. At the second Day of your online training I was able to participate the full session (with some muscle pain that I enjoy) it feels like back to live, stroking earth again with my steps

      When I broke both legs/torn ligaments /other injuries - I spent 5 months in bed and used a walker to go to bathroom a few feet away. What saved me was sitting Qigong exercises on my bed. Far more powerful than ordinary physical therapy for sure!

      If you have a health problem, go see a proper doctor. Do not practice any Asian Martial Art with a broken body and then blame us when you hurt yourself. Ignorant fool.

      @@quietglamour1314 Your comment is cruel and crass. In my case, I was under the care of "proper" doctors; a general practitioner, an orthopedist, an osteopath, and a physical therapist. I also had a homeopath. But it was the sitting Qigong practice that increased my chi the most and pulled me out of physical and mental depression. A little bit of Qigong went a long way.

      @@hadassahrose8295 Good for you to speak up. I had to remove my comment yesterday 'cause of this same person's hateful and abusive remarks. So it looks like he or she shits on other people too. He/she said to me "... not needed from a woman", and this time he/she picked someone who had gone through an extended period of recovery. This person is indeed selective in his/her target of hatred; how shameful!

    Whoa, this is good in so many levels I can't even describe the whole spectrum of benefits. This is one of those moments when you see all the pain in life was worth it and seem distant.
    Seems like my mind was never with my body... Then both got hurt.
    I broke my dash before even learning how to stand... But now I've even learned happy jumps! :D

    Hi, I was introduced to these morning practices from a friend a few days ago. I am two days later than your live practice and I continue on going to the end of the 6 days. No matter that I am familiar to most of these exercises because of my past practice on martial arts, I feel and realize how basic and important they are. However I have stopped training for years. Since the 2nd day of practice I feel difference on my body and I still feel that my stance and movement of my body are improving! Thank you very much for this gift of introducing me again to the training with all the positive results that brings.!!

    I had a right knee injury that kept me in bed and immobile for two years and I really let my physical condition and flexibility go down the tubes. I got fat and stiff, I started rehab in that second year which helped a little. I need to get back into training Kung fu and Qigong and get some flexibility back.
