The only thing you need to know is that when you choose red or blue when talking to your mom after beating the league it is Latias for red and Latios for blue, and you can only get one of them. @@basrahhafiz8757 Making it easier requires some setup. You could use a pokemon with Mean look or block to prevent it from running, then damage it until its in the red. Also try paralyzing it. Just make sure you don't swap out the pokemon you used mean look or block with, because it will then escape. But you can switch back into Wobbuffet after the setup and try to catch it. Remember that if it flees it keeps the current health and status condition it had, so its easier the next time. Just make sure it doesn't faint, as you will need to soft reset the game.

Yea, the Nature and IVs of Latios/Latias is decided the moment you answer "blue/red" at your mom's house. The only way to get another nature is to save before that, and check the nature by catching it and soft reset until you get what you need. Synchronize also won't work here :/ I'm afraid it is too late at this point if you saved after deciding red or blue, unless you play on an emulator and have a save state prior to this. Good luck!
That means you have to have Synchro/Synchronize Sa-naito/Gardevoir with any neutral Nature with you during the Champion battle as the leading Pokémon, so the game will save after you beat the game and you will have the said leader Pokémon for a 50% chance Latias or Latios will get a Nature match.

ive never heard of that before. Once you choose the color red, Latias should be the only roaminh pokemon and vice versa. there is no way to swap it. But if you want both, you can check out my tutorial for how to get to southern island via a glitch:)
you could use a masterball on the first turn, but if you don't want to or don't have it anymore, you can bring a Pokemon with the move Mean Look, or a Wobbuffet as it has Shadow Tag ability, preventing it from fleeing. If not, you only have 1 try with a ball before it flees, but you will find it again by entering the route again and repeat the steps from the video! Good luck

Latias is asleep, and really low health and I’ve trapped him with wobbaffet but I’ve thrown about 30+ ultra balls at him and he still escapes! How do I go about this

What does shadow tag do?
it prevents pokemon switching out in trainer battles, and also prevents Latios/Latias from escaping, as they will escape turn 1.
