Get ready for the most insane hot pot factory in China! Huge thanks to Qilichuan Hot Pot in Suining, China for showing us their incredible hot pot factory and Sichuan hot pot production process! Today we're going in deep to one of the biggest Sichuan hot pot factories in Sichuan, China!
First up, we are going for a spicy bowl of Chongqing wanza noodles, one of the best noodles you'll ever eat in the world, at bawanmian. Then, we're going into the qilichuan hot pot factory! You're gonna be blown away by the spices!!

@@granola661 lol wait til you realize the rest of the world hates guns too bc they cause school shootings, and the whole social credit thing is western propaganda. There is literally a social credit system in USA. Its called a criminal record + credit score. They just combine the two; stuff like losing score for littering is not a thing (at least not yet) , you can even see your social credit score with an app. Also, why is punishing people for littering bad?

We chefs devote our time and basically our lives to our job and the food we make only to end up under-appreciated and some even under paid haha. The efforts you put into your videos are second to none, definitely worth my time . Nice to see cooking can be educative and informative this was so wholesome to watch
This is so true and not talked about enough,I'm in my mid 50's now. Been working as a chef for 27 years now and I can say we don't get paid enough, still can't set up a restaurant of my own, it's crazy the work we put into it but I guess we do it cause we love it don't we ?

Do food entrepreneurship. Start from a small one. It´s the only way. Many former chefs (due to Covid) started to sell street foods. Their businesses are booming quickly because of higher quality foods with affordable prices.

I lived in Sichuan for 3 years. The people there literally won't eat anything if it isn't soaked in chili oil. They take hotpot then dip it in dried chili and MSG!
What i like about thias guy..is that it brings positive things about china...happy people. Cheers from philippines by the way chinese food are nice.

The amount of flavor and spice here is absolutely insane. Not sure any other cuisine or dish can compete.
The hotpots all looked delicious! But, honestly, the most impressive part of the video was the factory tour. I've seen surgical theatres with less rigorous hygiene. I'd love to know if that's SOP in China these days. It's sadly not at all like that here in the States.

It looks mouthwateringly delicious. In my opinion spicy chilies are must and without the spicy chilies food will be flat and boring.
One of my all time favourite is the Sichuan🌶️ spicy thick noodles with beef, chicken, seafood, and vegetables.

So happy to see new videos. I kept on searching for more content. I like chinese food esp lungs n intestines but that level of spicy is beyond me these days, so watching videos is d best I can do. Had braised intestines today but with milder chilli!

Trev, I always enjoy your food tour videos so much. And watching you in Sichuan makes me want to pack my bags and leave to eat as you have eaten. The magic of your videos is that while you are worldly and knowledgeable about the food, culture and language you never have "Big Face." You always approach your food providers on the same level as yourself and display the open joy of a child at his birthday party while at the same time being so schooled in what is happening. It is a true display of humility and sets you apart. You have the integrity.
And we are both noodle freaks so keep up those Sichuan noodle dish reviews.
