@@B1inded3agle__ it only has 2.0 butyou should watch a vid on it. It's a little complicated but , you can get 120hz 1440p on 2.0 but to use the video performance sync feature to prevent screen tearing on PS5 you need 2.1. Where as Xbox doesn't need 2.1 for that feature.
How can you get 120fps if it's only a 2.0 HDMI and ps5 doesn't support display port?

@@SpawnPoiint ay, i have a koorui monitor right now, its been with me since october last year, still no scratch or screen broken, so its good.
i hate how they hide the hidden brightest brightness behind settings. it is really bright at the fps setting in the "mode section", well i might have a different setting than you.
another note, i tried it with pc and ps5, both are absolutely great. i hope you note that in your review.
@@q.uantumWhy do people want the monitors so bright? I had mine and I always kept it really low. Does it really help with seeing people or does it just turn into a bright mess? Also can you make the monitor colors pop really well ?

I have had that monitor for about 6 months so far. Had 0 issues. It's amazing, especially for the price point.

@@Bustminted is you dumb mah boi, you just plug the hdmi (video/ sound) cable in, all devices that output (give out) video and audio signals that are after the 2000s ish have hdmi, that's a dumb question

For anyone looking to get this monitor for your PS5 it’s worth it. I have a PS5 and Xbox series S and the 5 looks amazing on this thing while the Xbox Series S is great but could be better.

@@qurbet_isayev7670doesn't need HDMI 2.1 for doing 120 fps, but you can't play 4k 120 fps at the same time (1440 p 120hz it is supported ) and you don't have some good features like vrr , almm , hdr ext ... Vrr is the most important one to have the smoothest gameplay that u can have

Crap brand
There’s too much smearing and ghosting that in dark areas games are literally unplayable. I returned it and got a m28u, great monitor
you are still playing at 60hz because it doesn’t have hdmi 2.1 for 120 hz. Spawnpoint really wanted to leave that information out.

I bought this monitor. For those who don’t know, this monitor CANNOT do 1440p at 120hz for the PS5 through the hdmi port. It can only achieve that with the display port only. With hdmi you either get 1440p at 60hz or 1080p at 120hz. Not both.

That's what I figured, I'm still currently looking to upgrade to a monitor that does for less than 300 and I've only found 3 so far 1 Dell, 1 Alienware, and 1 BenQ.

Use displayport instead of hdmi
@@AtomicSub The PS5 doesn't have a display port, and the DP to HDMI is also still hdmi 2.0

Too many people want to make their gaming set up glow more than the average strip on a Friday night in Las Vegas.
I would personally play a home console on a big TV, 27in is a little small in terms of a good viewing experience for myself, but other than that, I love it!

I have both of these, the normal 27” and also the curved. Great monitors, I don’t use them for gaming so I can’t see the ghosting, that’s one thing I’ve seen come up about these monitors, but even when I did game, I couldn’t notice it

The Acer nitro 27” is my setup and it runs the same and 4k 60fps with a great color palette and HDR for 145
Not bad at all! For my PS5 have an LG Ultragear 27inch, 4k/60, 1ms which I got £200 from PC World (though that was when there was a sale, usually £250). 120fps is nice feature though!

I got a full 4k tv for quite cheap. Only downside is it's maxed out at 60hz but its worth it for the 4k in my opinion. Especially for only 229.
