  • Hi Everyone! Especially to my subscribers! Sorry for the late upload of this video. I had a crazy month of July and August, but I'm back! Before I left Barcelona mid-July, I did my second knee infiltration of Hyaluronic Acid. I thought it was a perfect time to do it before going on a trip to the Philippines.
I started feeling knee pain last May, which made me feel uncomfortable playing beach volleyball, so I decided to do it before it got worse.
Surprisingly, the second injection is more painful than the first one. It was swollen for almost two days, but my knee is doing perfectly okay right now.
My Traumatologist also advised me to avoid the knee surgery "Microfracture" when I told him I was supposed to undergo this surgery in 2020.
How about you? Do you have any experience with knee infiltration? How was it? Please comment down below. I want to hear your story.

Thank you for this! I’m now 35 and I was diagnosed with Grade 4 in both knees a few years ago (I’ve been athletic all my life, and played college indoor volleyball). I’m in physical therapy (again lol) but it’s to the point where I need to do something about more for the pain in my right knee. Doc mentioned open knee surgery for me, but I’m trying to start a family and I don’t have time for that right now lol. I’m gonna give this injection thing a shot. But ouch! I felt your pain with this one 😖 but I hope you get some relief. Let us know how long this one lasts for you! Feel better ☺️👍🏾🦵🏾

Someone also suggested doing open surgery on my left Knee, but that is not an option for me now. I have a little project which I started a year ago, and I can't just afford to be in recovery for a couple of months...It's weird because he told me doing the injection this way is less painful, but it was more painful than my first one.
I just returned from Zurich and played volleyball for 3 consecutive days. The Knee was good. Didn't feel any pain, but my right shoulder is killing me now. I was supposed to also do surgery on my right shoulder, but I have been postponing it because of work.
I hope it works for you too! All the best! Let me know

I just found out I have grade 3 and 4 in both. I am so shocked. I am super active and have never had pain. The only reason I got the MRI is because my left knee started catching and locking. How did I not know I had this issue?! I’m lost and very emotional as a super active person.

That's why I canceled it. The Last July, I mentioned this to the Doctor who injected the hyaluronic Acid into my knee. He told me that he doesn't recommend this Surgery. So I thought I made the right decision when I canceled it.
Two weeks ago, I met my former beach volleyball trainer on the beach. He told me that he did this Surgery where they took cartilage from his left ear and put it in his knee..He said it worked for him, so he recommended this to his other friends with the same knee problem.
