As a kid who grew up with two parents who hated being married to each other, I wish that they got divorced. My parents divorced when I was 2 or 3 and I completely agree. I think it was actually so much better that they ended their relationship when I was young. I was always understanding that my parents did not have a healthy relationship and as a result, didn’t want them to be together. The alternative was them screaming at each other in the house and that was a lot harder for me to deal with than them leaving each other.
Man, I've watched compilations of Ariel previously talking about Ned and certain things he'd done, his mentality towards her, how he treats her and just puts much if the familial responsibility on her, i really hope he stepped up. His wife is a lot more forgiving than I would have been. To be honest, I would have taken the kid, picked up the pieces of my heart in walked away. I wouldn't even ask for child support. It's easy to say what you would do. But when you've built an entire life with someone, it takes more than an affair to crumble everything. When people say "I'm doing it for the kids" it usually isn't because the kids "need their father" and the family "has to stay together" the problem is financial, (I mean the price for an apartment is abysmal in Cali, and on top of the 3k a month she needs to pay for two extra kids) and legal. I mean I could see a situation where Ned pressured her into staying by pressing on how the legal fallout is going to work. Stuff like this especially with children is never Clean. And despite popular belief men get the kids in the divorce if they fight the case in court 60% of the time. The 90% Stat is uncontested cases that literally never get to see the inside of a courtroom. The courts favor men, and Ned is a petty, powerful man compared to Ariel. Not to mention the safety aspect since Ned did this very publicly. I could see Ned pressing on Ariel with that as well. The whole "you know the fans, do you really want to be on your own with the kids in a less protected area? Someone might get hurt." Gambit.

Currently trying to escape an abusive relationship so maybe this is a different dynamic but I remember discovering something similar. It literally is earth shattering but I won’t lie I tried to pretend that person could eventually find their way back to “loving” only me. It's easy to say what you would do. But when you've built an entire life with someone, it takes more than an affair to crumble everything. I think she's always been above the Try Guys stuff, and maybe this seemed like an opportunity for her to get him out of Try Guys, out of the spotlight, and get him focused on their family and a more normal job. I hope she gets everything she wants and needs... and he does everything it takes to come back from his bad choices and build trust again.

When people say "I'm doing it for the kids" it usually isn't because the kids "need their father" and the family "has to stay together" the problem is financial, (I mean the price for an apartment is abysmal in Cali, and on top of the 3k a month she needs to pay for two extra kids) and legal. I mean I could see a situation where Ned pressured her into staying by pressing on how the legal fallout is going to work. Stuff like this especially with children is never Clean. And despite popular belief men get the kids in the divorce if they fight the case in court 60% of the time.
The 90% Stat is uncontested cases that literally never get to see the inside of a courtroom.
The courts favor men, and Ned is a petty, powerful man compared to Ariel.
Not to mention the safety aspect since Ned did this very publicly. I could see Ned pressing on Ariel with that as well. The whole "you know the fans, do you really want to be on your own with the kids in a less protected area? Someone might get hurt." Gambit.

From experience, if you give up your happiness for what you believe is in their best interest and not your own, you teach them to accept what they shouldn’t. They know you’re not truly happy. Some people in the comment section have already stated she always kind of came off as someone who would you want to be the right thing not necessarily what she should do for herself. She always came off as having a bit of a low self-esteem, especially after the second pregnancy, not to mention it kind of feels as if she probably was aware even before the fans started deeming her all this evidence, which I feel like people also forget, like there are people showing screenshots of the damned her evidence of this man cheating on her like several months before it became public knowledge so she was probably well aware of this, and chose to do nothing about it like dealing that he was still seeing this woman there’s no way she would’ve sat there and told him or approached him about it.
