What about the objection here directly from a fsbo "I'm not looking to list with a realtor. But I will be putting this in the MLS in a couple days. If you have a buyer then that's great but I am not paying 1% for someone to Put my home In the MLS, I can do that myself" what do you reply with this one?

Flat fee for MLS is a commission objection. All commission objections are handled by showing the value of what you do.
