I'm glad they're selling and moving farther out but I wish I could benefit and get the listing. I feel like I would have to do triple the work as my counterparts.
Jackie, I love the content you are putting out. This is a little different than some other things I have read or seen in videos on asking good questions and listening. Is all the question asking a waste of time in your opinion?
Hi Bobby, listening and asking the right questions are critical skills; however, most scripts have a lot of questions that the seller is not interested in answering and don't lead to an appointment. My script is the best and you will set appointments. After you have the appointment, you will pre-qualify.

At the appointment what are you actually showing them that is better than their previous agent. When you meet with them to show them.? And I noticed the link to your reply and it's a role play for a FSBO. Could you share. What do you show them thats better. Thank you so much.
