I assume she used the lard in the begining since i didn't notice her use it. They look perfect. Usually the lard is added before the water is that how she did it? Please let me know. Thank you. :-)
Senora, you don't know how to make tortillas! you need shortening or lard as well.And you need to add boiling hot water...were you trying to impressvthe gringos in not adding shortening? ??

+Rebel Heart She added the shortening after the dough ball is formed. You kneed the shortening into the ball. Shortening is softer than the hard lard.
