I went to an acupuncturist once who said he couldn’t put needles in me because the knots were too hard. The real Parmigiano is called "Parmigiano Reggiano" named after the two main areas where it is produced, the provinces of Parma and Reggio Emilia. The PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) also include parts of Bologna and Modena. All located in the region of Emilia-Romagna, neighbour to Tuscany to the north. I'm fortunate to live only an hour from Modena, and can find the real Parmigiano Reggiano in any supermarket for only 10€ per Lb. Blessed land of amazing foods!

There’s little chance you can change him, I tried the same with my father who has heart issues and no success, and with other people in other areas of life, in general it’s hard to convince people to take healthy steps or improve their life if they don’t want it or don’t care about it, the rate is usually 2%, that shouldn’t stop you though, it’s your brother

Marinating it in milk (yeah, strange) will get rid of most of the 'strange' 'metallic' taste. Putting smoked paprika on it will also cover up some of the smell.
Thanks. Growing up in the sixties my mom would alternate between serving beef and cow liver for our family's Sunday dinner. Fish on Friday's,etc... That was back when people would get their supplements through the food that they ate.
And now they realize that some things such as grape seed extract and coq10 is impossible to get adequate enough through meat and grapes, therefore more concentrated supplements are made.
See his videos on children nutrition and supplements. He actually makes supplements just for children, but it’s important to use the basic data on nutrition first.
Thank you Doctor Berg made some home made sauerkraut it was fun to make and delicious I'm adding more live food to my keto diet your health video's are golden💖🙏
Dr. Berg; thank you for all of the invaluable, educating information to improve overall Health & Wellness for this past year of 2023! Wishing you and your family great Health, Wealth, Prosperity, Success, Happiness, and absolute Safety in the New Year 2024!
The same medical clowns who told you that the "Food Pyramid" was the key to good health now tell you "don't eat red meat". That tells me I need to eat MORE red meat. It's all about politics and power. Thanks for speaking the truth Dr. Berg.
Definitely been looking into getting back into a healthy eating routine and am reassured with some of my choices with some of your suggestions here. I prefer lean red meat over the heavily sought after fatty red meat, so that is a plus for me!
Dr Eric Berg thank you for this video on how to clean out your arteries and for your other videos. I have lost 80 pounds, most of it on keto and IF. I gradually weaned myself off of my bad habits, with the help of my son, who scrutinized all labels as our only shopper during the height of the pandemic. I am living the life I needed for so long. I am so happy. I was prediabetic and had the beginnings of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. While the numbers they measure don't show it, I am resolved to continue to treat myself as prediabetic, because I get heart palpitations if I eat food with sugar or sugar substitutes. This indicates progression towards heart failure, which runs in my family, and I have also noticed that salt and alcohol also cause these symptoms. So, I am on it! Oxalates are also a problem for me, so thanks for raising that as well. I had a scan that revealed a kidney stone, which my family practice doctor declined multiple times to follow up on and for which she had no advice. This isn't said to denigrate the medical professionals. I respect their limits and take my own responsibility very seriously. There are huge amounts of knowledge required to help an individual patient and the silos of knowledge even with the general knowledge that a family practice physician must command are too restrictive to ensure your proper care without your own personal self-education and advocacy. Dr. Eric Berg your channel has been immensely important to me in creating a better life. I am facing a heart valve test this week to see if it is blocked. I pray it isn't. But there is zero doubt in my mind that without the health and nutrition education that you and a few others have provided, free of charge (although I have purchased some of your products), I wouldn't be in the much better position that I am in now. People fret that they don't have willpower. What they lack is not willpower, it is tools, tools that get results and deepen resolve, which girds you for the actual battle. That's empowerment. That's freedom from incorrect self-castigation. Speaking for me personally, the knowledge you freely provide may mean a longer, much happier life and the gift of being, as called of course, a positive influence for change or at the very least a more available and supportive family member and friend, as my own needs are properly met. Thank you, Dr Eric Berg!
Dr. Berg always delivers great content! This video is packed with valuable information on what to eat to clean out your arteries. I love how clear and straightforward the advice is. It’s so motivating to know that the right foods can make such a big difference for heart health. Thanks for sharing this!
Thank you Dr. Berg! I do so many things on this list, learning from you and all the other great Drs. out here! I swear eating 2 tablespoons a day of Sauerkraut keeps my gut healthy along with all the organic whole food vitamins I take recommended by ny practitioner's 😊 Happy New Year 🎉🎉
Agree with you. Withholding truth creates more distrust. I avoid doctors like the plague because nothing but grief follows my every encounter with them.
@@Creating2413 the majority of people understand doctor to mean an MD/physician especially with regards to healthcare/medical stuff. The average person coming across his videos will assume he’s a qualified MD doctor which he isn’t.
This looks like a great list. I am surprised not to see organic Cayenne Pepper on here. I've been taking 1/2 tsp, twice a day (morning and evening) and I can literally feel the difference it makes with my bloodflow.
isnt it just a vasodialator. i have cayene in tea, cocoa, food etc i love it. my freind ray had to have a bypass but he didnt want one so he tried neolife salmon oil plus, within three months he no longer got breathless, chest pain, left arm pain when working, he kept taking it . that was approx 2003 its 2023 hes still here no bypass hes now 75.
Me too,I can testify on cayenne pepper, brought me right back to life one morning on my way to work. I felt such a huge pressure and burning in my head,I panicked a bit wondering what's going on and remember the cayenne I always keep in my lunch bag and ate it dry just like that.(pour about half tsp on the palm of my hand and swished it around and swallowed) The symptoms disappeared within seconds Obviously I prayed as I did so. I am 56 and really healthy now, this episode happened in early November.God is the lover of our souls,I truly believe in Jesus as my Savior.
I eat the canned cod liver per your suggestion, and I use the oil it’s packed on salads. I keeps nicely in the refrigerator for a week or so. Also, my favorite gouda cheese has a lot of K2. I also make my own sauerkraut, very easy to make!
I’m growing some cabbage and Napa cabbage to make some sauerkraut and kimchi. My kids hate liver so I had to supplement them with organic freeze dried grassfed beef liver. ❤❤
Nice mum. My parents wouldn't feed me nothing but exactly whatever they detected I didn't like. "Oh, so you don't like tomato, huh?" Tomato Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Until starving made me eat the tomatoes. That's how their therapy worked. And it did! My father got the "chancla treatment", if he refused to eat anything, he would receive an offer he couldn't refuse. Belt, chancla or worse. Also worked.
@pattersonellen promotes autophagy where your body starts looking inside itself to recycle junk proteins such as clots, tumors, excess body fat, burns ketones which is your brains favorite source of energy as ketones aren't inflammatory like glucose energy.
Yes, proper intermittent fasting did awesome things for my health. I worked up to a 72 hr. fast. I couldn’t believe how good I felt. More energy, mental clarity, greatly improved arthritic symptoms, and the list goes on. Breaking the fast and going into eating like Dr. Bergs list is sooo important.
We in Asia have many fermented foods ( might contain vitamin K2 ) : Natto Tempeh ( fermented soy solid form ) Fermented Kimchi Pickled Mustard Greens Tauco ( same as natto in 🇮🇩 ) We eat them in regular basis 👍
Dr Berg, I've been following you for a few years now and I always appreciate the work you put into your presentations. Concerning Almonds, would soaking them and then removing their protective covering resolve some of the concerns you raise? I have seen information that claims it increases their efficacy by as much as 400%. Interested in your thoughts on this. Keep up the GOOD work.
Yes, soaking helps oxalates as he mentioned in earlier videos on this. But I wonder if it also removes the actual water soluble nutrients like magnesium, etc.
The problem with olive oil is that it still oxidises easily, so there's actually no telling if its good for you by the time you buy it and use it. It's also the most adulterated oil in the world as extra virgin has a high value so thinning it out with cheaper oils nets the suppliers big profits.
Oh! I really wish you could share more about which products are good. It so hard to determine which ones are good because every one seems to lie. I tried so many olive oils that claim to be organic and real. I finally gave up on using olive oil and did have an increase in inflammation.
You may want to avoid supermarkets. And locate a few caring farmers, gardeners or ranchers. Their foods are often much more nutrients rich and cheaper.
I snack on almonds and cashew nuts on my drive back from work. And I always drizzle olive oil on lettuce with some spring onion and cucumber. Not keen on liver, though! Thanks, Dr Berg.
Can you please explain in a future video how vitamin K plays a role in blood clotting? Since that also puts you at risk for a heart attack if you have too much of it. How do you find the right balance? Thanks!

Awesome we did likewise
Simply did not need to "Supplement" a diet that was based upon real food.

Wow 🤩 so happy for you 🎉🎉

Yes, soaking helps oxalates as he mentioned in earlier videos on this. But I wonder if it also removes the actual water soluble nutrients like magnesium, etc.

The problem with olive oil is that it still oxidises easily, so there's actually no telling if its good for you by the time you buy it and use it. It's also the most adulterated oil in the world as extra virgin has a high value so thinning it out with cheaper oils nets the suppliers big profits.
THANKS DR. BERG.... LOOKING FORWARD TO A HEALTHIER 2024🎉
